Hello there is an missing explanation on user manual at page 12. Because there is no ground (GND) connection on pin 4 of the CN3. We have also STLink v2. We connected same pins to STLink v2 ISOL for SWD (we are using CN3-4th pin for GND) but cannot connect to target board then check the connections of pins and saw there is no connection to GND on pin 4. Can anyone change that on manual to indicate the difference (we didn't find, there is just indication for pin 19). Because we spent 2 hours for that and started to think about the debuggers are faulty.

I second that.
"ISOL" version pinout is different and it should be clearly reflected in the manual.
Pins 4,6,8 seem to be not connected.
Pin 10 is SWIM (680 ohm pullup to VT)
Pin 14 is SWIM-RESET (680 ohm pullup to VT)
We had to use external USB isolator and standard STLINK because ISOL version consumed 10mA from the 3.3V target and it was not acceptable.
Connection was done with all "GND" pins from the Table 4 connected to GND, including pins 10 and 14, as recommended there, and these 10mA was through the pullup resistors. Found the issue a year later, finally having some time to look at it.
