Hello dear,

We received a product of ST25R3911B-AQFT, it shows COO Thailand, but we check the PCN paper, the lable should be ST25R3911B-AQWT, but the actual lable is ST25R3911B-AQT, is it normal and correct?

Thanks a lot.

Now I know what you mean: you ordered the ST25R3911B-AQFT, expected ST25R3911B-AQWT, but got the ST25R3911B-AQFT you ordered.

From my point of view, everything is ok, the ST25R3911B-AQWT variant is technically exactly the same and only has additional wettable flanks.

However, I can also check the bulk ID if it is still legible on the label. However, please do not post the bulk ID publicly (it can be misused), but send it by PM.

If the Bulk ID on your box has also been made illegible, you most likely did not receive the goods from an official dealer, but from a broker. In this case, the goods may come from surplus stock, but they may also be counterfeit, in which case only your retailer can make a statement.

Welcome @tp_exp01, to the community!

I'm afraid I don't fully understand what you're trying to say.

  • What did you order when you got ST25R3911B-AQFT?
  • You didn't insert a picture of a label with ST25R3911B-AQT (better with the camera button, by the way). Where is the label ST25R3911B-AQT to be found?

By the way, there are only ST25R3911B with the suffixes AQFT (QFN-32) and ASWB (wafer), the AQWT (VFQFPN32, wettable flank) are already on NRND (Not Recommended for New Design).

Hello Peter,

Thanks for your help.

I ordered ST25R3911B-AQFT, and I received both type of products, a little confused to me.

One product with COO of Korea and the other product is with COO Thailand.

1, The package is differenct, I have already found the explanation of the change.

2, I am confusing about the box label, please see page 2 on file PCN MDG/20/12208, even we ordered part#ST25R3911B-AQFT, if the COO is Thailand, the product ID on the lablel should be ST25R3911B-AQWT, but the actual part we received, the product ID on the label was still ST25R3911B-AQFT which I included the picture.

So I want to know, is this label marking normal and correct?
