I’ve started working with the ST25R100 NFC IC using the X-NUCLEO-NFC09A1 board. I’m currently testing the initialization part and trying to read the Product ID via SPI.
I’m getting a Product ID value of 0xA9, but I’m not sure if this is correct. Could someone please confirm the expected Product ID for the ST25R100?
Here are a few more details about my setup:
SPI Mode: CPOL = 0, CPHA = 1
SPI Frequency: 4 MHz
I’m not using RFAL (I’d prefer to work without it).
I’ve attached my initialization, read, and write functions for reference.
Could someone please review and confirm whether my SPI configuration and Product ID value are correct?
Also, any suggestions or reference code for working with the ST25R100 without RFAL would be really helpful.
