Are the M05 to M07 series of VIPower IC suitable for PWM control of resistive and inductive loads?
The app note from M03 (AN1596) specified, ''In fact a standard number of cycles of a HSD is over 500,000 and the switching performance remains constant during lifetime.'' which implys a life of 83 minutes at 100Hz PWM.
