Now I start to use STPS202000CFP and try to estimate junction temperature. Then in datasheet, ST defines Rth(j-c). Question1 : where is "c(case?)" point in this discrete device, center of case?. Question 2: Does Onsemi have Rth(j-a) for this device ?

Welcome @skkmtshr, to the community!
STMicroelectronics cannot say whether Onsemi has any information about this device (please excuse this little joke, as you accidentally made a typo).
STMicroelectronics does not provide any information on this because Rth(j-a) applies to a device without any heat sink, whereas such diodes are typically attached to a heat sink.
Further details on thermal resistance and handling of the package can be found in AN5088.
