Looking for a low Iq (e.g. 1uA) eFuse

Andir

Hello,

I looked through the data sheets of multiple efuses and cannot really find reliable values of Iq (quiescent current) values (somtimes only leakage for certain pins is given). Even the product selector does not show any listings of Iq. Every other vendor (TI, AD, Onsemi, etc.) offers that. Or is it that I just couldn't find it?

My requirements are:

- max 10V input
- lowest Iq possible in always on or when disabled
- current limit: > 1.2A

Thank you.
Best,
Andy

Welcome @Andir, to the community!

you could check the data sheets of our e-fuses and search for "bias current", but I'm currently not aware of any e-fuse with an Iq in that range.

Thank you for your quick response. Looks like that e-fuses by design are not suitable for low-power applications and one must rely on standard RTC or similar.
