Hi
I have some queries regarding the current measurement function for L9963E.
@AScha.3
1) Can we change the gain of current sense or is it a fixed gain and what is the gain error ?
2) What is the % overcurrent measurement error ? Can we set the overcurrent limits for both positive and negative values and can we change the limits during the battery pack operation dynamically (i.e during charge and discharge) ?
3) In the datasheet it says in 4.6.1 "In the range of [-1500 A, -600 A) and (+600 A, +1500 A], the accuracy of ±5‰ is chosen ". so the current measurement error is 5% ?
Can i also get the details about this accuracies mentioned in Table 41 of datasheet ?

Hi,
- just, as far i can tell (otherwise ask online support : https://ols.st.com/s/ )
1. its gain is fixed , you choose the resistor to adjust the range:
2. +/- 3A , at 600A tihis is 0.5 % of full range.
3. the accuracy of ±5‰ is 0.5 % !
>Can i also get the details about this accuracies mentioned in Table 41 of datasheet ?
For this you should ask STM support.
