In the L6206Q data sheet "Figure 5. Charge pump circuit", AN1762 APPLICATION NOTE "Figure 9. Charge Pump", UM1925 User manual "Figure 11: X-NUCLEO-IHM04A1 circuit schematic", the connection order of Rp and Cp is different. ..

In actual operation, the connection order of R/C does not seem to matter so much, but is there a recommended circuit (connection order of Rp and Cp)?

With a serial connection of passive parts such as resistors, capacitors or inductors, the order of these parts is absolutely irrelevant. Therefore, Rp and Cp can be connected in either order without changing the behavior of the circuit at all.
