NRND tends to mean they are just serving existing customers, and you don't appear to be a direct customer. Speak to your local sales reps.

More precisely, the NRND note expresses that the component in question will be discontinued sometime soon and is a recommendation that users should better switch their system to an alternative device. The time period until the final discontinuation is not defined, the component will definitely continue to be produced until the discontinuation.
