Gate driver for STY139N65M5

Hello,

Has anyone used the 650V MOSFET STY139N65M5 in any of their designs? If, yes what was the operating frequency and the gate driver used in this case.

You could check the galvanically isolated 4A gate drivers:

• SO-8, 4mm creepage: STGAP2SM (separated output) / STGAP2SCM (output with Miller clamp)
• SO-8W, 8mm creepage: STGAP2HSM (separated output) / STGAP2HSCM (output with Miller clamp)
• SO-16, 4mm creepage: STGAP2DM (dual output)

All of them can easily be used for switching frequencies of at least 100kHz.
