Do the integrated circuits L9823, E-L9823, E-L982301 differ or are they identical?

Are they still in production?

The E-L9823 and E-L9823013TR are still in production, the L9823 is obsolete. They all offer the same behaviour (013TR is just the packaging option T&R).
