Yes , i've already found this , but i would like to know the value of "AC" (Sensitive and type ) , so i could find a replacement ;

(Mine is a RD91 package) ; i know that common IGt value is 50mA , but thre is also values like 100mA , etc .

i'm wondering if i'm reading it wrong : the full marking is : BTA40.700AC9228 ;

Should i read it like : BTA40 700A ? so what is the meaning of C9228 ?
