We are designing a system and We are taking Power management schematic as it is from STEVAL-MKSBOX1V1(SensorTile.box) as it is best suitable for our system .
but We don't want to use BGA package and battery charger STBC02 has BGA package.
so is there any alternative package for battery charger STBC02 except BGA ??
or
is there any other battery charger IC with same feature and pin-out but with different package?
Single cell Li-Po battery is used in our system , We got STBC08 & STC4054 ,
Which one can be best alternative?
please suggest if any other option is available
