1.Some TIM clearly wrote that the kernel clock is consistent with pclk, but some did not explicitly say that the kernel clock is consistent with pclk.
2.ST's manual is contradictory about TIM clock selection.
3.The functions of the TIM6 and TIM17 clocks are very different, and the description here may be wrong, but in actual use, the 250MHZ can run normally
