ZVF411 Data Sheet Please?

I am trying to find some information on an ancient (2002?) STMicroelectronics surface-mounted device.  It has14 pins and is labeled "ZVF411."  It is used in a PC board that controls three automotive gauges in a Chevrolet SSR.  I have tried searching the internet, to no avail.  Can someone help me, please?20260327_195005.jpg
