IC is located in a car charger. Has ST logo on it and EZG3745 or EZ63745. Also 324 on the top right corner. Can't find any datasheet. Thanks for your help.

maybe 324 -> LM324
marking: 324 -> so with ST logo -> is : LM324DT

Hello and thank you very much for your quick response. I am not familiar with ST marking. What would EZG3745 stand for? Is it common that 3 digits on the top right corner on IC will identify the type( without LM in front)?

marking is a strange game ( for me, at least).
its whatever a manufacturer want to write...
EZG3745 is probably some cryptic code, for type and production /location/time - or
Some write useful simple and clear and explain in ds what it means, some like the "guess what" game.
You see...

I would say you are right. I just googled "st 324 sop-14 smd photo" and I found an identical IC with a different bottom code. Thank you very much for your help.

Always helps to provide large, clear and in focus images of the IC in context, ideally with some traces in view
