Our pick and place machine cannot identify the "one pin identifier" on the bottom of the component. There are to many other images present

Trying to send an image but cannot.
Please email or call and I can send the image.
There are to many other images visible on the underside of the component (WLCSP) to confuse the vision system on the equipment. Even the equipment suppliers vision system expert could not program this component (M24C08-FCT6TP/T. Please Help!!

Pretty sure they aren't going to change the package to suit your vision system, should work with you pick-n-place/vision system vendor to resolve, identifying balls and triangle, ignore die features and change lighting angle/contrast.
Work with your local sales office or FAE.
