The VND05BSP has been obsolete for many years, so no information is available anymore from STMicroelectronics.
However, since your image is not your own photo but a copy of a newspaper image, it is probably a retailer offering this device. This retailer is responsible for providing you with information about the date of manufacture.
Since the laser-engraved label (is it really laser-engraved?) only shows the last digit of the production year and the calendar week in two digits (in your image, probably 4 for the year and 30 for the calendar week), the product may be from 2004 or 2014 – if it has not been faked.
