Identify this ST Chip

Hello ST community has any one an idea what this ST chip is as shown in the picture?

I haven't found any datasheet of this device.

Hi,

except the "customer numbering" , it looks like :

Could be an 74HC241 - or other ...

Is there any datasheet of this chip?

Provide some context, what type of board/equipment is this used on?

Looks to be a custom part, in which case no public documentation is available

This chip is Soldered on an old Mercedes infrared key PCB

So forget it, to get replacement; is probably programmed cpu , e.g. 

STM8S103F3P6 .

It's probably a custom coded MCU, are you sure it is broken? Do you have another donor key fob?

The SOIC8 looks to be an EEPROM

I checked it with an other Board with the same parts.
