I am trying to program a 72F324 using the ICP mode. I get the error message ''Problem while downloading monitor.''

Anyone know what this means?

You certainly don't have the latest version of STVP7. You can download it from Internet for free!

Try also to check the configuration (tool name: ST7MDT20J-EPB?, ICP OPT Enable or Disable...).
