FIT rates: STM32C092GCU6 & LIS2HH12TR

Dear ST Support Team,

I am working on a reliability calculation for an industrial hardware design. I need the official failure rate data for the following components:

1. STM32C092GCU6: FMEDA report and FIT rates 

2. LIS2HH12TR: Reliability report and FIT rates at 85°C.

These values are required to calculate the system's MTTFd and MTBF according to ISO 13849-1.

Could you please provide the available documentation for these parts?
