Does anyone happen to know the exact equivalent for the part number "G23"? I've been researching it, but I'm not entirely sure whether this code matches the Schottky rectifier STPS2L25. Maybe someone has used it before or is familiar with it more precisely.

Correct, the marking G23 stands for the STPS2L25U.
