In the table 113 of the manual (uPSD323X) there is information about the current of Ports 1,2,3 and 4. Accorder of this table the maximum current of these ports is 50 uA for Logic ‘0’ and 650 uA for logic 1 to 0 transition current. Is right to think that I can’t put nothing in this port that use more than 50 or 650 uA ?

The sink/source current for various I/O ports are provided in Table 112, page 148 of the data sheet for the 5V device:
IOL=8mA and IOH=-2mA for PSD I/Os(port A,B,C,D) IOL=1.6mA and IOH=-80uA for MCU I/Os(ports 1,2,3,4,/WR,/RD)
