I would like to have some information about the SPC574K72E7 microcontroller.
I obtained from the website the datasheets and reference manuals for the microcontroller, I'm interest to know more details about the power supply for ADCs.
There is a VDD_HV_ADV supply voltage and two voltage references for SD ADC and SAR ADC, from manuals it seems that is it possible to use the same supply for all of them, but I'm interested about the maximum current consumption of those pin in order to understand the correct manner to supply them. Is it also possible to use different power supply for the ADV pin and the reference voltages?
Moreover, I would like to have some information about the possibility to integrate this microcontroller with a SBC or a PMIC with the aim to have several supplies and safety component in a single IC.
Are there some SBCs specifically suggested for this microcontroller or some guidelines to create a correct design for the power supply, also taking into account functional safety for automotive systems?
