Vibration sensor sleep mode

Hi,

We confirmed that it is due to vibration sensor (IIS3DWBTR) only because when we removed sensor IC and tested remaining board the consumption was 7.4uA with micro controller (STM32) , memory also. But after placing vibration sensor and making it into sleep mode consumption is 280uA which is very high.
