MEMS Studio not opening on windows 10 pro

MEMS studio is working perfect on windows 11 and another windows 10 machine. But it is not working on one windows 10 pro laptop. Kindly guide what can be the reasons.

Is the installation of Win 10 Pro 64-bit?

Yes, 64 bit. Windows 10 Pro 22H2. As other device Windows 10, it is working perfect. May be it is a graphic driver issue but no error is prompted.
