I am using a LIS2DE12 however I can't get the current on the VDD_IO to drop below 25uA.
Is there any reason for this?
My current settings are:
CTRL_REG1 = 0x3F
CTRL_REG2 = 0x30
CTRL_REG3 = 0x40
INT1_CFG = 0x0A
INT1_THS = 0x25
I am running off a 3V supply.
Cheers,

Hi @GRose.2 ,
Are the Vdd and Vdd_IO supply lines separated? And, if so, are you measuring the current separately on both of them?
Moreover, are you running data acquisition during the current measurement? If yes, using SPI or I2C?
If so, the consumption on the Vdd_IO line is reasonable, since you are commuting the output voltage. And especially if you are using the I2C protocol, you will have a consumption due to the current flow through the pull-up resistors.
If you are not acquiring the output, which is the SDO/SA0 configuration in your application?
