Laser Beam Scanning for smart glasses

Good day,

I came across the "STAR1 reference design". The document is a few years old. I am trying to find components so that I can reproduce the reference design. Can someone please help me to find the component: mirrors, drivers, ST piezo mirror evaluation kit, waveguides. Thank you in advance.
