bluenrg2 always crash with ac contactor

LJ.1
Associate II

i use bluenrg2 as main mcu , to control a ac 220v ac contactor , the main logic is

bluenrg2 -> Optocoupler -> DC 12V relay -> AC 220V ac contactor

If i open/close, the bluetooth will disconnect and will crash very often. Is it not suitable for my case

Sounds like an EMC fail - your design is over susceptible to conducted and/or radiated disturbances from the contactor and/or the load switching.

Start by looking carefully at your supply lines:

  • are they noisy?
  • are they drooping/spiking?
  • etc ...

A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

could you help me to check the schematic?

You'll have to post the schematic if you want people to check it.

And it's not just about the schematic, the layout is also important - so you'll also need to post some good, clear, in-focus photographs of your setup.
