Some GUI tool for ToF sensor can not find NUCLEO

On same Win10 PC and same NUCLEO-F401RE, STSW-IMG004, STSW-IMG008 can not. STSW-IMG024 can.

Does anyone know the reason?

The reason could be this one : 

ST-Link STLINK Mass storage Drag-and-Drop programm... - STMicroelectronics Community

Normally, it should be fixed with the latest update of Windows but in parallel we are working to fix this issue on our GUIs.
