Teseo III supposedly supports NAVIC/IRNSS

What you'd normally do is contact your local sales office, and have them provide you with specific data and support

Quetel has a Teseo V based solution, but suspect that's on the more expensive side

I'd also imagine that the local government, and the program itself, can provide you with an extensive list of supported technology and partners.

Outside of India support is likely to be tepid.

Telit SL869T3-I is on a uBlox NEO form factor, uses a TESEO III, with an L5 down converter providing a 3rd RF down via external inputs.

Ask your local ST sales contact for an L5 NAVIC reference design for the TESEO III

IRNSS constellation is supported on ST chips: STA8090FG + STA5635

STA5635 is an external RF-IC able to acquire L5.
