Is it possible to disable JTAG completely on a SPC564B MCU using software?
Reading the documentation about the censorship feature, it only seems to disable access to flash. Is it still possible to access SRAM and registers via JTAG when censorship is enabled?

Yes,
you have to put the password in PLS UDE 4.10 (Cf Screenshot) or Trace 32
You have to respect carefully the Table 15 Censorship configuration , otherwise you can lock your device
Best regards

Do I understand the censorship correctly when I say that JTAG is completely locked out (including SRAM and REGISTERS) as long as the password in shadow row is unknown?
