Hi, after i have downloaded the softare. I tried to monitoring a battery pack made up with 4 cells in series. When i open the GUI, only the first 3 cells are monitored the last one isn't monitored. Anyone have a solution or a schematic about the pin? Cause the gui guide says that the minimum configuration is cell 1,2,13 and 14.

Thank you so much

Hi,

even if only 4 cells are monitored, you have to make sure that all voltage sensing and balancing pins of the IC are well connected or the voltage reading will not work in the proper way.
