At the end of the code generation process a message is produced that includes the text '..but MDK-ARM V5.27 project generation have a problem' (note: does this for all versions of the Keil IDE). It generates one file only; totally wrong. This behaviour occurs on: 1. Macbook Air, running High Sierra. 2. iMac running El Capitan. 3.iMac running Mojave. 4. Windows 10 running in Parallels on the Mijave iMac. However I have no problems with CubeMx v6.1.1 running on Windows 10 on a PC.The issue appears to be related ONLY to the MDK-ARM IDE.

Hello,I am not able to launch STM32PackCreator 3.1.0. The program shows "JavaFX not found" on start. I have already tried multiple versions of JDK on Manjaro Linux and Windows 10 without any success. I seem to be unable to get the RTC to start. I can set the time, and read from it, but it doesn't increment.I have tried using the external and internal oscillator, neither have been successful. I made a project based on NECLEO STM32L552ZE-Q, when I made it from MX configuration tool, I found there was no "stm32l5xx_hal.h", while it was included in main.c, where could I find it?

MCU selector in CubeMX finds H730VB when i set requirements to USB HS and 2x FDCAN. Unfortunately, it is not possible to select external ULPI PHY in USB_OTG_HS configuration. Only internal PHY is available. When checked against datasheet, H730VB should be able use external ULPI PHY after switching some PC pins. STM32H723VB does not seem to have this issue in CubeMX.What am I doing wrong?

Hi all,In my project with STM32H743 (created with CubeMX version 5.0.1) I have a strange behaviour of f_write when writing data to the file and the amount is not a number which can be devided by 32.In my test I wrote 256, 512 or 4096 Bytes at a time. Everything perfect. Hi everybody, I'm working with a STM32F429VGTx MCU and I just wanted to test a simple Toggle LED program with it, but I'm having trubble when debugging the project. I'm using CubeMX to configure the PE2 pin as GPIO output and I'm also setting up the HSE crystal resonator as the external clock for the system clock. In the clock configuration I'm setting up HCLK to be 180 MHz and I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I have also configured by debug as JTAG with 5 pins under the "SYS" menu. After generating the code for SW4STM32 I have only added the HAL_GPIO_TogglePin() function and a delay to watch the LED blink. My project compiles perfectly and it also runs just fine. The problem comes when starting a debug session. I add a breakpoint right before the HAL_GPIO_TogglePin() function and the debugger frezees inside the SystemClock_Config(void) function. If I click the "Suspend" buttom and then "Reset the chip and restart the debug session", the debug works perfectly. If I use the F6

Configuration tool auto generated code SystemClock_Config() calls HAL_PWREx_ConfigSupply(PWR_DIRECT_SMPS_SUPPLY). For my hardware i need to use PWR_SMPS_1V8_SUPPLIES_LDO with no voltage scaling. I cannot find where to change the power supply configuration.

Hello,I have just updated to the latest: STMECubeMX to version 6.1.1. and STM32CubeF1 Firmware Package V1.8.3 / 20-October-2020. Part Number: Stm32f103RCTx. And I have found the bug - probably ? When you use SDIO and define it as 1bit, the CubeMX claims that UART4 and UART5 become unavailable. It warns about conflict with SDIO_D2 and so on.But at 1bit mode I do not use SDIO_D2. And with previous version (5.6..?) of CubeMX it was working well. Something went wrong with this new Cube / Package version? I hope :) Best regards.Robert

So, I'm trying to get my project started in anticipation of the arrival of my STM32L562-DK board, and having unusual difficulty.I asked another question about code generation, so will not reiterate here. I upgraded to 1.5.1, and now I'm in a very odd state where it says that ALL the X-CUBE packs are not compatible with the selected MCU.Does this mean that it's not possible to actually use the BTLE peripheral on the Discovery Board, since X-CUBE-BLE1 is incompatible with the MCU? Or am I in some strange state, where the IDE is not just letting me install something that would work just fine.

I am attempting to evaluate the X-NUCLEO IHM16M1 board using STM32CubeIDE.  MCU board is a NucleoF401RE. I have tried to find a (working) add on package for CubeMX but can only find .zip files with example code for Kiel etc.  Is there an add on package available that I can install into CubeMX for developing STSPIN applications?
