In the last month, I did an example of FFT using the CMSIS DSP library. Now, I am trying to design a simple "matched filter". In my code I am using "arm_fir_init_f32" and "arm_fir_f32". While debugging, on the line of "arm_fir_f32", I am getting "HardFault_Handler(void)". According to the "Debug" panel, the file for "arm_fir_f32.c" can not be found. And the file path which is being shown on the screen is wrong (there is no file path like that on my PC), where is this file path coming from? Any advice to solve the problem?
Good time of day!I am facing some problems with testing example app (BLE_p2pRoteur on WB55.Nucleo board).First one board flashed as a client, 3 others as a servers, Server 1 to 3 are defined in app_conf.h file, corresponding appplication numbers in macros #define P2P_SERVERx are set. When I am start scanning from the client side, it shows that 3 boards are advertising, but when connection process starts, only two boards stays connected, not 3 (see log). The main question is: can I make simultaneous connection on STM32WB for 6 servers and how?
I have two independent oscillations one in PB4 and the other on PB2.I start the first oscillation on PB4 and comp returns the oscillation picks correct. After without stop the COMP1 i change the input plus pin from PB4 to PB2. Using MODIFY_REG(COMP1->CSR, COMP_CSR_INPSEL, COMP_INPUT_PLUS_IO2 );Start the oscillation on PB2 and the comparator never read the oscillation. What i have already try:Read the COMP1->CSR after the pin change and the return value is correctMake sure that both pins are set to Analog inputMake a independent test to both pins to make sure that work. The oscillations are correct using oscilloscope.Switch off comp, change the pin and switch on again comp.Is there any hidden locking mechanism? The value of the comparator lock register bit[31] is 0 always in my application.
Is there a second I2C bus exposed in CMWX1ZZABZ besides I2C1 pins 35&36?I would rather use second I2C than adding MUX to get all sensors connected. Thanks,Tipo

Hello ST,I am looking for solution to upgrade the STM32WB firmware upgradation using nrf9160 or other LTE module. Is there any possibility to STM32WB firmware upgradation using open tread CLI command through nrf9160 UART port.Best RegardsDeepak Aagri
Hello,I am trying to flash BLE basic stack to STM32WB55CE using J-Link Segger. I've followed the instructions from the Segger wiki site (found here: https://wiki.segger.com/STM32WB55). However, I get: "No valid image or signature found" from FUS after FUS is done "searching for a valid image signature in the last 5 unsecured sectors". I've attached JLink log below.Any help or advice is much appreciated. Thanks!Connecting to J-Link via USB...O.K. Hey, i would like to have a BLE device that can send and receive data from other BLE devices. Any idea how to implement this, since CubeMX only allows to be a server or a client? Thanks in advance
Hi,I have a problem on my custom STM32WB board. It was working properly, but suddenly now it's BLE functions not working. The M4 core is OK, but APP_BLE_Init function return error and it fall in Error_Handler. When I checked the source of error, I reached to SHCI_C2_BLE_Init that return 0xFE. This error code is unknown.I checked my board in STM32CubeProg. This picture shows option bytes of that:Any one can help me?Thank you.
Hello, I would like to use the debugger with Keil uvison. Thus, I change the two define in sys_conf, (buit, then flashed) : However, it is not working, it seeems that it goes to hardfault (whereas I can send message without the debug mode) Also, I have tried to use CubeIDE in debug mode and the debugger is working...I don't understand....Thank you by advanceBest regardsLouis
Hi all,I've created a project in CubeMx and started developing using a P-nucleo STM32WB55 development board. Now we have a second board with the STM32WB55mmg module with different pinout. So i've created a second cubemx project and initialized all the pins and generated the code on the same location (so basically it overwrites the development board initialization and the application made will be maintained). Now I have 2 ioc files, which both work fine when I generate from cubeMx. But from CubeIDE I can only open the first created. When trying to open the newer from CubeIDE it will give a popup with "Ioc file not set as active project" (Opening it using cubeMx just works fine)Question:Where can I set an ioc as active? And can I have 2 ioc files as active?Kind regards,Taxara
My P-NUCLEO-WB55 seems not not work anymore, no program is working LED6COM is workingLED5 is ON LED4 is OFFHow do i check if my board is broken ? When I power on the board, the LED1 is turning ON then OFFWhen I try to debug it gives this :STMicroelectronics ST-LINK GDB server. Version 6.0.0Copyright (c) 2021, STMicroelectronics. Hello!I'm working with a custom STM32WB55CCU6 board I've created. I made it to where the only interface is the SWD PA14/PA13.I'm 99% sure my schematic is fine as I used the STM32WB design guidelines and sample schematics as my reference. (BOOT0 - Tied to ground with 10K resistor, NRST tied to 3.3V with 100K resistor and 100nF cap in between).I'm using a 32MHz crystal. Here is my schematic.I'm using a generic STM-LINK/V2 with firmware version V2J37S7.I'm connecting 3.3V, GND, SWCLK, SWDIO, and NRST to the STM-LINK.In the ST-Link utility I've tried all the modes but seem to be getting the same result:10:07:42 : ST-LINK SN : 3100450002000031354E4E4E 10:07:42 : V2J37S7 10:07:42 : Connected via SWD. 10:07:42 : SWD Frequency = 4,0 MHz. 10:07:42 : Connection mode : HotPlug. 10:07:42 : Debug in Low Power mode enabled. 10:07:43 : Can not connect to the target! Hello,I want to know if a STM32WB with BLE can connect to a classic bluetooth deviceThank you
Now, I am developing low power LoRa node using STM32L051C8T6.We can upload the script on the new chip of STM32L051C8T6, and get low current consumption of less than 10 microAmp.However, for the used chip of STM32L051C8T6, we can upload the same script, andrunning well, but the current consumption is about 4 mA, much higher than the new chip.the used chip of STM32L051C8T6 mean that the chip is in the same batch production, but we have been used for many time uploading the script during development.I have been full erase the chip, but no result. Is there any means to recover the factory state of STM32L051C8 so we can consider it as a new chip ?
I have made one MASTER and one SLAVE using B-L072Z-LRWAN1 ST board. I'm using Lora Phys layer to establish peer to peer network. I have modified Ping-Pong example. Task: I'm trying to achieve communication between MASTER and multiple SLAVE (typically 14 slaves) in INDIA region. MASTER first start listening on initial channel (for example CH_1) and then switching between all 7 channels of IND865 band. Each slave is sending data on fixed channel to master. (each slave is having particular wake-up time)Problem: while switching to different channel in run time on master using setchannel function . device not adapting new channel. see below image in which master_init_CH_1_after_that_switching_and_Slave_CH0 --> Initial channel on master is CH1 after that master is switching between CH0 and CH1, slave is having fixed CH0 and sending IMG on 10 seconds interval. in this case master is not receiving any data from slave. --> But if i modify slave chan
Hi,I am trying to get the FUS to work with a minimal bootloader, without Interrupts. But even with Interrupts I did not manage to get it working yet. Is there a simple approach to implementing it without needing any of the BT code? I only want to be able to save, load and lock keys.I tried to re-use parts of STM32WPAN (IPCC from CubeMX, combined with SHCI) and the SBSFU (IPCC & TL Initialization, SHCI) to get the desired functionality, but so far i did not manage to do it. Is there some better way to do this?
Hello,I am developing a project that includes a bootloader and an application to jump to.Both binaries execute on the M0+ core in order to take advantage of the security features offered only for this core. The idea is as follows:The bootloader verifies the integrity/authenticity of the application and then jumps in it.I am trying though to enable the hide protection (HDP) feature to allow the execution of the bootloader after a reset or power cycle and then protect the flash area where it is located. In other words, I need the bootloader to be in a secure area and protected from potential read or write actions.Based on the RF0453 I must call the RSSLIB_PFUNC->CloseExitHDP funtion from my bootloader to close the HDP area and then jump to my application.Without enabling the HDP I can verify that the bootloader jumps to my application by using the RSSLIB function above. When I enable the HDP, though, it seems as if the RSSLIB_PFUNC->CloseExitHDP funtion never jumps to my application.T
Hello, I bought this development kit to learn LoRaWan technology and improve myself.P-NUCLEO-LRWAN2STM32 Nucleo pack LoRa™ HF band sensor and gateway.I made the connections of the product as written in the User's Manuals and saw that the product was working. I received the sensor data in the LorIOT portal without any problems. In other words, both the Gateway and the sensor board are working without any problems. Then I wanted to make changes on Code and I downloaded I-CUBE-LRWAN software expansion for STM32Cube (UM2073) from ST.Com and opened it in STM32 Cube IDE. I compiled the code without any problems and uploaded it to my I-NUCLEO-LRWAN1 board without any problems. When I start the debug process, it gives this error."Target is not responding, retrying...""Error! Failed to read target statusDebugger connection lost.Shutting down..."I also get this error message when I stop the Debug process after this error. Where am I going wrong?

It is possible to share the schematic and BOM files of the MB1552B board presented as a design reference in the document: "AN5407 Optimized RF board layout for STM32WL Series" ?
Will ST Micro pursue that certification on the module/SOC level? Or will vendors have to pursue that certification independently/at the device level?
