Hello,I've been trying to write my own HAL to replace the STM32 HAL and recently I have been trying to write an LwIP interface, with guidance from this forum and the examples provided by ST and other users. My Individual files compile fine, including my ethernetif.c and lwip.c files. The included LwIP library files however are throwing errors during compilation (see screenshots). Can anyone advise? When I compare to a Cube generated project, my IAR is including extra header files, such as bpstruct.h as shown below. I'm wondering if this is a project configuration error, as opposed to a source code error?Grateful for any comments.

Hi Good day,       Trying to understand the CRYPTO module for MAC generation, particularly AES CBS MAC. Which algorithm mode i have to choose?, found AES CBC not AES CBC MAC.

For the Nucleo-H755ZI, I use the 'PWR_DIRECT_SMPS_SUPPLY' choice in 'HAL_PWREx_ConfigSupply', like: HAL_PWREx_ConfigSupply(PWR_DIRECT_SMPS_SUPPLY); With this setting, the board works fine and keeps working after flashing. If you choose for example 'PWR_LDO_SUPPLY', you would next un-brick your board, using STM32CubeProgrammer, selecting Mode 'Power Down' and erasing the chip. That way you can flash it again within STM32CubeIDE, after correcting the power setting. Since I can't find the 'PWR_DIRECT_SMPS_SUPPLY' option in STM32CubeMX, I always need to modify it manually.In STM32CubeMX I only find these settings:- PWR_LDO_SUPPLY- PWR_EXTERNAL_SOURCE_SUPPLY- PWR_SMPS_1V8_SUPPLIES_LDO- PWR_SMPS_2V5_SUPPLIES_LDO- PWR_SMPS_1V8_SUPPLIES_EXT_AND_LDO- PWR_SMPS_2V5_SUPPLIES_EXT_AND_LDO- PWR_SMPS_1V8_SUPPLIES_EXT- PWR_SMPS_2V5_SUPPLIES_EXTIt seems I'm missing- PWR_DIRECT_SMPS_SUPPLYDo I overlook some other setting?

Hi,I´m trying to implement a simple ECDH test by implementing the functions from the Cryptographic Library V4.2.0.There are two persons A and B generating a pair of private and public keys. The keys are generated by the cmox_ecdsa_keyGen(...) function. The curve is BrainpoolP256R1.When trying to calculate the shared secret with cmox_ecdh(...) the function returns with CMOX_ECC_ERR_INVALID_PUBKEY. I´m assuming that the generated public Key is not valid (it´s not placed in the elliptic curve). What could be the cause?Thank you! Here´s my code: void ECDH_test(void) { //Prepare Time Measurement #define CYCCNTENA 0x00000001 CoreDebug->DEMCR |= CoreDebug_DEMCR_TRCENA_Msk; DWT->CTRL |= CYCCNTENA; /***********************************************************************************************************/ //Variables cmox_ecc_handle_t Ecc_Ctx; uint8_t Working_Buffer[2048]; cmox_ecc_retval_t retval; size_t computed_size; //Choose Random 32 Byte Value for Person

Hi Team,I am reaching out to inquire about the availability of the reference design for the STM32U5A5QJI6Q microcontroller We are currently in the process of designing a project that could greatly benefit from utilizing this specific microcontroller and having access to its reference design would be immensely helpful in our development process.Could you please provide information on how we can obtain the reference design for the STM32U5A5QJI6Q? Additionally, any accompanying documentation or resources related to the design would be greatly appreciated. RegardsSathiya

I cant use touchgfx well ,not familiar with c++.will stemwin add gpu2d support ?

Hi,I am reading mifare desfire tag which is iso14443-4 compliant using cr95hf.Most of the time, communication is completed successfully but sometime, i am getting 0x90 result code when using SendRecv command.0x90 EUnintByte Residual bits in last byte. Useful for ACK/NAK reception of ISO/IEC 14443 Type A.I do not know how to handle this error and i could not find any information in the iso14443a specifications.Could help me to find resources for this topic? Is it recoverable error or should i stop the communication after getting this error?Regards.

Is there a C program routine for the SPC560B series? I want to see SPI sending data and LIN sending data routines!

We have a STM32F7 with LAN9354 3-port switch on our board.  I created a custom PHY driver for the LAN device based off a similar LAN chip.  In general, networking works.  We can setup static IP, ping both to and from the board, also UDP connection is good.   We're using ThreadX and NetX Duo from https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/x-cube-azrtos-f7When I add a second IP instance using nx_ip_create, only the second IP address is accessible.  If I swap the code around (create ip1 before ip0), then the second IP address is only available.   When I say 'available', I mean through ping.  If I use arp command on my Raspberry PI, I can see both IP addresses with the same MAC address.  This is not the exact code, just a portion.  The remainder of the code properly sets up pointer allocated from byte pool, enabled icmp for both instances, arp, etc. without errors. ret = nx_ip_create(&IpInstance0, "NetX IP Instance 0", IP_ADDR

Hi ,We have an AEK-MCU-C4ML1T1 Discovery board. We want to simulate AI road state monitoring with AEK-CON-SENSOR1+MEMS SENSOR BOARD and AEK-LCD-DT028V1. Where do we get the complete firmware to build an application with all the features as shown in the STMicroelectronics website video(NORMAL, PARKING, BUMPY SKID)? What are the tools required to build a complete application? How can we get CPU power used while AI algorithm is running? ThanksSuvo

Can you tell me what these parameter settings mean? Is there any formula for calculating something? Does this 250000 represent 250KB/S! Is it SPI's SCK clock signal line?

Hello Experts,I have AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK debugger and want to flash .hex/.out file directly into controller SPC582B.how can I do this. please share necessary step guide. I don't want to use any IDE like using debug mode to dump the code.   Waiting for reply!!   Thanks, Mohit

Hello! I would like to ask what each of the three modes in the picture below represents? Also, what does it mean if the GPIO parameter is set to PORT_1? I did not see that the GPIO bit 0 for this PORT_1 port is in use in the pin configuration editor! So I would like to ask if this parameter has been configured and used on this image? Also, what does this PCS Line mean by choosing PCS1?Is there a user manual for the parameter settings of DSPI for SPC582B! Because I want to know what the configuration parameters in the routine mean!

Hello,I am conducting tests using the STEVAL-L99615C evaluation board. Despite following the L9961BMS Quick Start Guide and User Manual, I am encountering an issue with Demo 1. As shown in the attached picture, the message "No device found" continues to appear. Even when applying 20V to the B+ and B- terminals, the same issue persists.I have ensured that the hardware jumper pin settings match those specified in the Quick Start Guide. However, I am concerned that the difference in versions might be causing the problem. The version of Demo 1 in the Quick Start Guide is 1.1.0 (July 21, 2023), while the version I am testing is 1.3.0 (December 1, 2023). Could the change in version be causing this issue?Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,I cannot understand acquired ADC data order using this configuration on a STM32G030C6 device:I want to acquire 9 input channels + 2 internal channels (Temperature Sensor + Vbat). Continuous mode w/ Circular DMAHere's my Initialization routine static uint32_t adc_values[11]; HAL_ADCEx_Calibration_Start(&hadc1); // DMA continous requests: ENABLED HAL_ADC_Start_DMA(&hadc1, adc_values, 11); Everything works as expected except the channels order.adc_values[0] ---> OKadc_values[1] ---> OKadc_values[2] ---> OKadc_values[3] ---> OKadc_values[4] ---> OKadc_values[5] ---> KO This should be (afaik) the internal temperature sensor channel but I see the IN8 adc value.adc_values[6] ---> KO This should be (afaik) the IN8 channel but I see the IN9 channel.adc_values[7] ---> KO Does not match either.adc_values[8] ---> KO Does not match either.adc_values[9] ---> KO Does not match either.adc_values[10] -

Hi, I am working on Anomaly Detection in motor using ISM330ISN. As soon as I am choosing the Buffer Size of 256 in the datalogger and adding the signal, I am getting this warning of minimum RAM required is 9KB. However upto 128 buffer size, it is working fine. What is the reason that I am getting warning as I am going above 128 buffer size ? @Denise SANFILIPPO @Eleon BORLINI

As mentioned in the datasheet of ISM330IS, we can go to accelerometer ODR of 6667 Hz but in the NanoEdge AI Studio, it is showing only upto 833 Hz. Can you tell how can we go above ODR of 833 and the. Also how can we go above Sample per axis i.e. buffer size of 256 ? @Denise SANFILIPPO @Eleon BORLINI

Are formulas 1-4 correct in AN5894?Segment [AC] is the hypotenuse of triangle ACE, and the angle between segments [AC] and [CE] is half the dihedral angle HFOV. Then formula 1 should have a sine instead of a tangent. If I am right, in the example the angle between the segment [CB] and the opposite segment of the pyramid should be [DFoV] = 2*ASin(Sqrt(2*(Sin(60/2))^2)/Sqrt((Sin(60/2) )^2+1)) = 78.5 degrees. This value agrees with measurements made on the 3D model.

This is my first time using STM32 Cube IDE. I have run into the problem where after I program the board and everything says successful. My board does not execute my command. I have tried giving the came code to both cores so they both have something to do but that didnt work either. Here is my code. Cheers./* USER CODE BEGIN Header *//********************************************************************************* @file : main.c* @brief : Main program body******************************************************************************* @attention** Copyright (c) 2024 STMicroelectronics.* All rights reserved.** This software is licensed under terms that can be found in the LICENSE file* in the root directory of this software component.* If no LICENSE file comes with this software, it is provided AS-IS.********************************************************************************//* USER CODE END Header *//* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/#i

Hello, I am trying to make text bold using the TouchGFX Designer. I am using 4.20.0 at the moment. Is this something that is possible?  I am trying to look for options, but I am not having any luck.

For Aerospace products, we are still using SnPb solder and need to know what the Gold plating thickness is for the CMOS 14 pin CFPAK devices   5962F8761401VXC   Thank you

I'm working on a project where we have to program an STM32 board to enter stop mode and only wake up when an Ethernet packet is received (wake-on-lan function). I started by installing the ThreadX OS with NetX Duo and simply enabling stop mode, but it doesn't wake up! I programmed the user button to generate EXTI interrupts, but nothing happens. I tried this same strategy without NetX Duo, and it seems to work fine.used borad: NUCLEO - H563ZIthis is what i do to start StopMode (this code is the NetxDuo thread function):static VOID nx_app_thread_entry (ULONG thread_input) { /* USER CODE BEGIN Nx_App_Thread_Entry 0 */ HAL_SuspendTick(); HAL_PWR_EnterSTOPMode(PWR_LOWPOWERREGULATOR_ON, PWR_STOPENTRY_WFI); /* USER CODE END Nx_App_Thread_Entry 0 */ }and this is how i setup the controller: I tried what's shown in the figure, i was expecting the execution to continue after pressing the button. If it worked i would have start to work on the Ethernet wake up.if more information are n

I am writing to request specific information regarding the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of the L7805 positive voltage regulator component. We are considering using this component in a critical project and need to assess its reliability for our design.I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the exact MTBF value or direct us to where we can find this detailed information.Thank you in advance for your assistance

Hello,VL53L8CA is active product on your product list but i couldn't find a datasheet and sample.I have contacted with my local reseller buying termin is 22 weeks. Before buying i would like to have a datasheet and sample. What is the last situation of VL53L8CA?  Thanks in advance,

See DS13560 Rev 4 (Datasheet of STM32G0B1RE)please. On the right side, it said "Six USARTs with master/slave synchronous SPI; three supporting ISO7816 interface, LIN, IrDA capability, auto baud rate detection and wakeup feature". I'm now writing courseware for my students and i cannot explain what is "USART with SPI", seems to not be "Serial peripheral interface".
