Is there a way to get/set the coordinate of an image or a Texture Mapper realtive to its center?I think one suitable idea I have is to overload the class with new methods called like getXYcenter where I get the X coordinate and add half of the width (the same with Y and heigh)On the other hand, setXYcenter would take the X coordinate and use setX minus half of the width (the same with Y and heigh)Does it make sense? Or are there something already implemented?

I implemented a ECDSA signature generation and checking on STM32H743ZI NUCLEO using STM32CubeExpansion_Crypto_V4.2.0 library example ECDSA_SignVerify.I did similiar with Python using https://pypi.org/project/ecdsa/Unfortunately signature generated by one fail to verify with the other although using the same input for hash, private and public key and curve. I used SECP256k1 / SECP256K1 and NIST256p / SECP256R1 on Python / STM32.Any suggestions? What are the tools ST verified the libraries with?Verification on the same platform works fine in both cases. Thanks for any help.

Hello everyone, I am using the NFC TAP app on my iPhone to write and read ST25DV16. I am using X-cube-NFC4 to control the MCU and NFC. I meet two questions when I write content into EEPROM.Q1: I control the GPO interrupt when RFWRITE occurs, but when I try to write a quite large file into the tag, let's say 1024 bytes. I read the datasheet, and I believe the interruption will occur only when the writing process is finished. I change MAX_WRITE_BYTE to 1024 as well. However, the GPO interrupt will occur dozens of times during the process, do l have a way to avoid this?Q2: I try to read/write data in the GPO interruption function. However, if I do so, the NFC TAP app will report an error that says Read/Write memory command failed: com.st.st25.STException: Error CMD_FAILED. I wonder why it occurs and what should l do to avoid this problem. Thanks!

Hello! I'm trying to configure the following setup to run the motor profiler in order to characterize a set of small/low-power BLDC motors. Configuration:I'm using MCWB 6.21Control board: Nucleo F401RE in the following configuration:JP5 at U5V,JP1 OFF,JP6 ON.Powerstage IHM17M1:JP6 and JP5 are bridged (shorted),JP3 and JP4 are both bridged/shorted from "middle pin to 3sh."To make sure that the profiler works at all, I am trying to use the Bull Running BR2804-1700kv when configuring the project in the MCWB and start by profiling that motor. The resulting project is very similar to the one generated by the pre-configured package IHM002. After checking the "motor profiler" under application configuration and generating the code, I get very strange behavior from the Motor Profiler.Problematic Behaviour:After pressing "start profiling," D13 and D11 on IHM17M1 light up continuously while D12 is off for. The LED's dips in intensity before turning off completely - and then nothing else hap

Hi, I am using the STM32H573I-DK eval board. I can able to write and read the data in flash memory (sector 127). But after resetting or power cycle it does not retain the data. that sector fills with 0xFFFFFFFF only.  how do fix this issue? Here is my code,     #define FLASH_STORAGE_1 0x081FE000 bool answer = true; uint32_t PageError; FLASH_EraseInitTypeDef flashErase; HAL_FLASH_Unlock(); flashErase.TypeErase = FLASH_TYPEERASE_SECTORS; flashErase.Sector = FLASH_SECTOR_127; flashErase.NbSectors = 1; flashErase.Banks = FLASH_BANK_2; volatile HAL_StatusTypeDef status; status = HAL_FLASHEx_Erase(&flashErase, &PageError); if(status == HAL_OK){ for (uint32_t i = 0; i < size; i += 16) { if (HAL_FLASH_Program(FLASH_TYPEPROGRAM_QUADWOD, FLASH_STORAGE_1 + i, (uint32_t)data) != HAL_OK) { answer = false; break; } data += 16; }} HAL_FLASH_Lock(); Thanks Mathan

Good morning,I have recently upgraded CUBEIDE to v1.15.1I tried to add a example project to my workspace and it states Required Software Package STM32Cube_FW_WB_1.20.0When I click next and finish, I get the error I have checked for updates etc and tried to download manually using Embedded Software Packages Manager but it appears the version only goes up to v1.19 I have reinstalled the software on a windows and a mac but they are still not available.Whats happened?

Hello. I am developing a BLE HID device using the STM32CubeWB MCU Firmware Package, but when I try pairing => disconnect => pairing, pairing fails.   I have an implementation like this, is there a problem? We have the following data in adv_data, which should not exceed 31 bytes (we have confirmed Success) Appearance(3byte),Human Interface Device(3byte),swift pair(6byte), Local Name(9byte) Also, if I put a breakpoint before aci_gap_update_adv_data, I can re-pair successfully. (I guess that means the timing of aci_gap_update_adv_data is NG?)   I would be grateful if you could give me an answer. Thank you.

Hi, I'm trying to generate a sine wave using the DAC and DMA with the STM32H563ZIT6. How should I configure the IOC setup? I want to generate a 100 Hz frequency with a 50% duty cycle. Can anyone please help me?

Hello,I am using STM32G4 series controller. I am using Timer 2 channel 2 as trigger source for Timer 4 and Timer 2 channel 3 for PWM generation. Also Timer4 channel 1 is used for PWM generation. First time both the timers Timer2 and Timer4 starts at exactly same time. I have observed that on DSO by checking position of the PWM pulse of  both the timers which starts at exactly same position. When I stop the timer using HAL_TIM_OC_Stop(&htim2, TIM_CHANNEL_2) and HAL_TIM_PWM_Stop(&htim2, TIM_CHANNEL_3); function, Both the timers stops but timers are not starting at the same time again when I start it using HAL_TIM_OC_Start(&htim2, TIM_CHANNEL_2); and HAL_TIM_PWM_Start(&htim2, TIM_CHANNEL_3); function. The PWM pulse of both the timers getting shifted and not at the same position even though I have keep the same duty cycle for both the PWM channels. Can anyone help me in this case, how can we stop an restart the timers without using HAL library functions. Hi, "I'm using an STM32MP157F-DK2. I'm struggling with the serial connection between my Linux host and my target board (STM32MP157). I'm using the command 'minicom -D /dev/ttyACM0', but I've been waiting for more than 2 hours for the connection to be established, yet it's still not connected. What can I do to connect to the target device?"

I have ported the driver of st25r3911 to nrf52832. At present, it seems that the initialization is normal. The value of the register read after initialization is the same as the value I used using the stm32 development board, but I just can't detect a close nfcv card. I don't know why, I checked the code, and it seemed that the nfcv card could not be detected in this place, and then returned the timeout flagWhat I can confirm is the following points. The first is that the st25r3911 development board I use is normal, because I can read the data of the nfcv card by using the supporting stm32 development board; the second is that the connection between the st25 development board and the nrf development board is normal, because it can be initialized normally; the third is that when I use stm32 or nrf to drive the st25 development board to initialize, the registers inside the st25 chip read are the same.I can also provide the waveform chart after nrf initialization, using pulseview to

Hi there,I have a GUI demo of TouchGFX on my STM32F429BI board, and it works well when the image is stored in the inner flash. But when I stored the image external Nand-flash by FMC, it could NOT work. It's said that the Nand-flash extended by FMC can't be accessed by memory map mode so that I can get the image data by the API HAL_NAND_Read_Page_8b(), yes?But how to modify the TouchGFX to get the image data by HAL_NAND_Read_Page_8b()?Thank you!

Hello All.Reading a register value from an I2C device assumes:  Writing the device address-> Writing the register address without STOP-> Reading the value . I am trying to figure out if I can do it using only available HAL functions but I don't see how. Simple Write followed by Read includes STOP, which is not in full compliant with the rules. Yes, if needed, I can rewrite everything but maybe there is an option, which I don't notice?I use STM32G0B0 with HAL libraries.

I am using linked list based DMA with an STM32U5 and everything works as expected, great. I do however have a question what is the best way to set the source address, destination address and length for a linked list node.CubeMX allows these parameters to fill but I don't like to add names of variables or other expressions in CubeMX. Entering these expressions in CubeMX requires the variables to be globally accessible. Especially since I am working in C++ I just don't like this. Adding expressions from user code in CubeMX creates a fuzzy dependency and what I would like is to fill the applicable fields runtime. What I do now is leave the fields empty in CubeMX in which case the generated code fills the fields with zero's, as shown below. pNodeConfig.Init.DestBurstLength = 1;pNodeConfig.Init.TransferAllocatedPort = DMA_SRC_ALLOCATED_PORT0|DMA_DEST_ALLOCATED_PORT0;pNodeConfig.Init.TransferEventMode = DMA_TCEM_LAST_LL_ITEM_TRANSFER;pNodeConfig.TriggerConfig.TriggerPolarity = DMA_TRIG_P

Dear support team,I download recently the last release of Stm32cubeF4 v1.28 and I have the MDK V5.38 installed in my machine, so normally I was expecting that examples will build out of the box but it's not the case.It looks like the project example provided are working only in older version of MDK, I try to change some settings but the compiler version it's not even the same, and I end up with a mess.So my question do you have any migration guide or any steps description that could help to solve this issue.Best regardsBassem taamallah

Hello, where I can find info about STM32WB55CG (USB dongle) usage description and what Blue Tooth USB dongle can be used with STM32WB5MMG module ?

hi ALL   I bought three stm32 Lora HF band sensor and gateway pack. I would like to communicate by connecting one gateway (nucleo-F746) and three end nodes (nucleo-L073) directly (no server, no site). Is it possible? And please tell me the example code.   thanks.

Is there any example code for ISO14443A passive target mode, which is supported on the ST25R3916B? I'm prototyping basic functionality before fully implementing our application, and it would be nice to do a proof of concept without having to grapple with the RFAL. I'm using the X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 with an STM32L476RG_NUCLEO.To that note, if there are any instructions on using the RFAL (which headers to modify, any other configurations to set), I would appreciate being pointed to them.

Cannot Remap Pins My design (custom PCB) is based on the B-G431B-ESC1. I'm trying to swap the V and W PWM channels. I cloned the B-G431B-ESC1 board and just swapped the pin definitions for the V and W high and low channels. No errors during generation or build. However, the motor doesn't turn and the CubeMX IOC file has those four pins locked (purple) in reset state. This issue existed in V6.2.1 and I hoped it would be resolved in V6.3.0 but nope. My CubeMX is fully up to date (6.11.1) and I'm using FW 1.5.2 (recommended). Frustratingly, I can't even choose to swap V and W channels on the current sense side, because I later get an error saying it's not compatible with the FOC algorithm.

Hello everyone, i would like to know the HAL function that allows to reset the value of a simple counter. I don't find the HAL function to reset my counter to 0 before a next counting. So all i want to do is to count, read my counter value and reput it to zero for the next count. Thank for your help !

Hello,I work on a simple config  with stm32CubeMX with 2 endpoints on stm32wba54kgu6,Endpoint 1 with cluster on/off receiving command clientEndpoint 2 running as cluster temperature server.I use ZigbeetoMqtt coordinator. When i use router mode, i can discuss with stm32wba54 and it's run well. When i use end device mode, no answer. (tried with FFD and RFD)in 2 case, the join and interview is ok.Strange ??It's ok with thisAnd no respond at all with this (include basic cluster)

Hello, I recently bought Nucleo-144 board (variant F756ZG) to one of my project. I used DFU to upload firmware and external power supply using VIN pin (7.5 VDC). It works perfect until I decided to remove ST-Link part to reduce board size. After that it won't work anymore (no Serial COM, no Ethernet). Could someone help me what I am doing wrong? Maybe I should reconfigure jumpers but I don't know which. Below I attached photo of board. Many thanks for help.

Hi, I want to read flash memory to determine whether or not valid data is in the flash. And if this data can be used in my application. in my code, if I deference a Flash memory address I immediately get a ECCD error. Why is this happening?  Thanks,

Hello,I would like to report a small bug.The SFRs tab in the Debug view doesn't show the correct register and bit field names for the RCC register at address 0x58024404. The ones shown correspond to the revision Y ones, not the revision V ones.According to the reference manual (RM0433), it shows the name of the register and bit field structure for revision Y. The name of the register for revision Y at address 0x58024404 is ICSCR.  and for revision V, it should be HSICFRG: I know for a fact, that I have a revision V type MCU. I tested it using an STLINK-V3MINIE. When I open the Debug View in STM32CubeIDE and go to the SFRs tab to look into the RCC registers, I see name of the register and the bit field structure for Revision Y devices, altough it should be named HSICFGR: Still, the correct value(0x40) is being written to the right location, which is described in the reference manual. The name of the register itself and the bit fields is wrong. This is nothing too
