Hello,I also attended the online "STM32H5: Ultimate combination of performance, integration and affordability" workshop on Tuesday 20th June. I've not received any email with the links to the workshop, slides and so on. Also was told to receive a free dev board STM32H563ZIT6 but nothing yet. Please, could this be checked? Thanks in advance.

Schematic 1. Most documents refer to add a PU on UART TX  (target side), why is there a PU on UART RX and not TX, but there is a PU on VUART TX and not on VUART RX ? Seems inconsistent.2. For consistency or guideline, should the UART PU be on the board or debugger side ?3. I2C PU is 560 Ohm, normally I2C PUs are 4K7, why this strong PU ?4. I plan to use the V3MODS w/o translators and just 3.3V targets (STM32MP1/ F and L family MCU's) running at 3V3 I/O. any risks/concerns ?5. what does the red cross indicate in the schematic ?6. why are there PU on  I2C, SPI and GPIO pins, nRESET and nGND Detect on the MCU side before the translator ? are the V3MODS outputs configured as  OD ? Can this be omitted and configured as PU using any software ?7. Why is there a PU on CAN RX and not TX ?8. This application is just for internal development, not final product integration.  Are 47R series resistor needs w/o using voltage translator, That is directly connect to the target.

HiI have a question for my colleagues who use FMC to communicate with LCD. I am using CoreH7XXI with 743. The display does not respond to the data I send to it. I used Core4X9I with 429 before and everything worked. My question is whether I need to set something else apart from FMC. I don't know if it's a faulty module or a software problem. I've been working on this problem for three days now. I use CubeIDE 1.13.2 for configuration. I still use SDRAM. Configuration is error-free. The program does not hang. I read on the forums and no one wrote about the problems I have. Could it be faulty hardware?

HelloI would like to make SPI3 on my board with STM32H725ZGT6 micro-controller work.Here is my initialization:void MX_SPI3_Init(void) { GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct; /* SPI3 parameter configuration*/ hspi3.Instance = SPI3; hspi3.Init.Mode = SPI_MODE_MASTER; hspi3.Init.Direction = SPI_DIRECTION_2LINES; hspi3.Init.DataSize = SPI_DATASIZE_8BIT; hspi3.Init.CLKPolarity = SPI_POLARITY_LOW; hspi3.Init.CLKPhase = SPI_PHASE_1EDGE; hspi3.Init.NSS = SPI_NSS_SOFT; hspi3.Init.BaudRatePrescaler = SPI_BAUDRATEPRESCALER_2; hspi3.Init.FirstBit = SPI_FIRSTBIT_MSB; hspi3.Init.TIMode = SPI_TIMODE_DISABLE; hspi3.Init.CRCCalculation = SPI_CRCCALCULATION_DISABLE; hspi3.Init.CRCPolynomial = 0x0; hspi3.Init.NSSPMode = SPI_NSS_PULSE_ENABLE; hspi3.Init.NSSPolarity = SPI_NSS_POLARITY_LOW; hspi3.Init.FifoThreshold = SPI_FIFO_THRESHOLD_01DATA; hspi3.Init.TxCRCInitializationPattern = SPI_CRC_INITIALIZATION_ALL_ZERO_PATTERN; hspi3.Init.RxCRCInitializationPattern = SPI_CRC_INITIALIZATION_ALL_ZE

Hi, I will be using the suggested IC as the IC for my custom ECU PCB taking in inputs like acceleration pedal travel, brake pedal travel, etc and feed it to the motor controller, it will also serve as a data acquisition system with either in-built telemetry or another telemetry pcb(you can suggest another IC for this also) with direct access to it. The IC suggested should also have nucleo board for the same so that I can familiarize myself with the coding part too. Can you guys suggest me an IC that satisfies most of the demands I have if not all of them?

Hello,I am planning to use the STM32H755ZI-Q to acquire data from an external ADC (AD7386-4) via Quad-SPI. The sampling rate is set to 4MSPS, and each sample must be associated with a timestamp. The RTC comes from my GPS module.Could you kindly provide any suggestions or guidance for my project?

HelloIm stuck getting the Ux_Device_CDC_ACM  example working. To reproduce- Get the example Ux_Device_CDC_ACM  from the X-CUBE_AZRTOS_H7S3L8 V1.0.0  - I set the Boot_XIP.hex in to the debugger configuration (In the readme both Boot_XIP.hex and Boot_XIP.elf are mentioned but only Boot_XIP.hex exists in STM32Cube_FW_H7RS_V1.1.0\Projects\NUCLEO-H7S3L8\Templates\Template_XIP\Binary ) . And move it to the bottom- I add the MX25UW25645G_STM32H7R38-NUCLEO.stldr as external loaderAfter starting the debugging, the code gets stuck at USB_CoreReset() while waiting for the USBx->GRSTCTL & USB_OTG_GRSTCTL_CSRST to clear. Possible FixesAn other Thread recomends setting __HAL_RCC_SYSCFG_CLK_ENABLE(); in HAL_PCD_MspInit() but this macro does not exist in the stm32h7rsxx_hal_rcc.hRegenerating the code from the .ioc leads to many .LD-Files which lead to compilation errors (size overrunds)I would really appreciate if someone coul

Hello, I’m working on a project with an X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 board to use it as an NFC Reader. Specifically, I have an NFC TAG, and I want to use the NFC08A1 board to read and write to this TAG.I’m currently looking for some example code to help me use the NFC08A1 board as a reader.Do you have any code suggestions or any links where I can find reference examples for this? Many thanks in advance!!Best Regards

HIWould like to know if advertisement data can be safely changed , while advertising using : ACI_GAP_UPDATE_ADV_DATA Safely meaning , the data is changed as a bulk, and the current advertisement will not show 'half' of the old data and 'half' of the new data while switching. or do I have to stop advertisement-> change  the ad type-> start again ? Thanks!

Hi , I am using TIM21 in input capture mode to measure the LSI frequency (~37 kHz). However, when I set the TIM21 clock to 2 MHz or use the MSI clock, it causes a hardware fault when attempting to capture the LSI frequency.I have reviewed the STM32CubeL0 example code for RTC_LSI, which uses an MSI clock set to 2 MHz to measure the LSI frequency successfully. However, in my case, this setup does not work, and I am not sure why. Thanks! STM32CubeL0 example code to measure LSI: /** ****************************************************************************** * @file RTC/RTC_LSI/Src/main.c * @author MCD Application Team * @brief This sample code shows how to use STM32L0xx RTC HAL API to * use the LSI clock source auto calibration to get a precise RTC * clock. ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * <h2><center>© Copyright (c) 2016 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved.</cen

Hello,I am currently working on validating a machine learning model that I have deployed on an STM32 microcontroller. While the model successfully runs on the STM32, the results it produces differ significantly from those obtained when running the model on a computer.Additionally, when I attempt to perform validation on a desktop environment, I encounter the following error: E103(CliRuntimeError): Unable to generate the "libai_network" library.Since the website could not accept the .tflite file, I have attached the picture of the structure of the model. The model was trained using TensorFlow 2.17 and utilizes approximately 75KB of flash memory and 15KB of RAM.I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving these issues.Thank you!

Hello, many thanks for answering the first question. Are there products with the STM32WB5MMG module that are based, for example, on the reference design shown in application note AN5165 and that can be soldered by hand (similar to the ESP32 modules)? Best Regards,Edmund

Hello,I'm using nucleo-WBA52CG.Does anyone have a problem that when BLE advertising is started, execution is stuck in function llhwc_slptmr_get() ?Code is generated with CubeIDE 1.14.1 and WBA FW 1.2.0Stack trace attached.

Evening everyone,I am working on the board bring up of a custom board using an STM32U59GVJT6Q and I am unable to connect to the chip through CubeProgrammer with an STLINK-V3SET over SWD. I get the following error, "Error: No STM32 target found!...".  I am supplying the MCU with 1.8vI have verified NRST is high(1.8v) and have tried various combinations of mode and reset modes in cubeprog.  I started checking voltages at the MCU and the only odd thing I could find was 1.8v on pin VLXSMPS. I believe the MCU should be outputting 1.1v on this pin, routed through a 2.2uH inductor and feeding the VDD11 pins.Any ideas or other things to check please let me know, Thanks!

Hello,I am using STM32U535CEU6 for my development.I would like to transition to the bootloader using USB DFU with Boot0 pin kept Low, and the control performed within the application. I executed the following code right after HAL_Init();, but when I tried to connect STM32CubeProgrammer, it displayed "No DFU detected."Where could the problem be?After connecting via J-Link and checking the option bytes, the result was as follows:nBOOT0: Checked (1)nSWBOOT0: Checked (1)NSBOOTADD1: 0x0BF90000The code I tried is as follows:{void (*SysMemBootJump)(void); // Define function pointeruint32_t BootAddr = 0x0BF90000; // Bootloader address// Get the address of the bootloader's reset handlerSysMemBootJump = (void (*)(void)) (*((uint32_t *) (BootAddr + 4)));// Disable interrupts__disable_irq();// Reset all peripheralsHAL_RCC_DeInit();// Set the stack pointer__set_MSP(*(uint32_t *) BootAddr);// Jump to the bootloaderSysMemBootJump();}Any advice please?

Hello Cube IDE teamI am using STM32F427ZG MCU board with STM32CubeIDEBut I have trouble to generate *.bin file after building with CubeIDE.I think it support *.elf file only for now.If below command can be added into makefile, then *.bin file can be generated by CubeIDEarm-none-eabi-objcopy -O binary STM32F427ZG.elf STM32F427ZG.binI modified this file to generate *.bin file but every time building the IDE project, makefile was re-generated automatically by IDE so i couldn't test it.Could you update it to generate *.bin or *.hex file?

I have a stm32H745I-Disco and I would like to use some UART and I would need it to be through one of the pins that the board has called arduino connectors.I was able to use the USART1 without problem but now I want to use it together with the display and I realize that the pins PB6 and PB7 are being used by vsync_freq and render_time.What can I do? The schematic is : https://www.st.com/resource/en/schematic_pack/mb1381-h750xb-b01-schematic.pdf

Hello, i'm developing an application using STM32U083 where i need to use USB CDC class.  My demo is based on NUCLEO-U083RC board with STM32CubeIDE 1.15.1; i mounted an external USB-B connector on PA11/PA12 pins. I would like to use USB-X firmware stack; i used it in standalone mode on an old STM32L476G-DISCO board and it works fine. I've followed the @B.Montanari guide and it was very clear. With STM32U083 i have an issue...my host pc cannot recognize device but with any error. it seems to be totally disconnected, there is any activity and the microcontroller not trigger any interrupt on USB module so i think the USBX stack cannot work. I checked with oscilloscope DP/DM but i see that the lines are both low, it seems the micro doesn't pulling up DP line and it explains why the host doesn't start any transaction. Furthermore, if i solder a 1.5K external pullup resistor on PA12 -> 3.3V the host start enumerating but then fails but in this case the firmware doesn't trigg

Hello all, I just installed cubeIDE for a moment. However, some text is displayed in Chinese such as follow,Does anyone know how to change it to english text?

I have a custom board which is based heavily on the P-NUCLEO-WB55.Nucleo.  If I flash my board with a slightly modified version of BLE_Ota it will appear in ST BLE Sensor, at which point I can use it to flash my application.  This works.  After flashing the board will reboot and my application will run. I've added the reboot characteristic to my application, and I copied the TAG_OTA_START and TAG_OTA_END lines from BLE_p2pServer_Ota to my linker file.  I also added the appropriate advertisement settings, and the reboot code: As a result, it shows up in ST BLE Sensor still and allows me to do a FUOTA update.  However, if I try and upload the exact same file again the board will reset but the firmware update will fail (never goes beyond 0%). I can debug my design and set a breakpoint for when ST BLE Sensor reboots it: I am able to trace the execution all the way through the reset and back into the BLE_Ota code.  I can see that the co

Hello everyone,I am looking for a USB Bluetooth/Zigbee module like the WB55CG USB dongle that is part of the P-NUCLEO-WB55.Can anyone tell me if the module is also available as a standalone product? If this is possible, can someone answer the following questions* Where can I find the Linux device drivers?* Are the sources of the module firmware freely available?* Is it possible to flash the module with my own firmware? Most of the modules I have already found are based on the TI chip I originally used.Since the TI chip already has a successor, I would like to continue with ST modules.Best regards,Edmund

Hello,I'm trying to trigger another timer from a rising edge on PA9. I tried to do this by using input capture from timer1 and generating a trigger out, but there seems to be some configuration issue. Triggering a DMA transfer using channel 2 input capture works just fine, triggering the other timer just using PWM mode channel 2 also works, but for input capture channel 2 to trigger out, nothing happens. The code below works for channel 1:   GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = GPIO_PIN_8; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_AF_PP; GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL; GPIO_InitStruct.Speed = GPIO_SPEED_LOW; GPIO_InitStruct.Alternate = GPIO_AF6_TIM1; HAL_GPIO_Init(GPIOA, &GPIO_InitStruct); // Timer 1 Configuration TIM1->CR2 &= ~TIM_CR2_MMS; // Clear MMS bits TIM1->CR2 |= TIM_TRGO_OC1; // use CC1 event for TRGO TIM1->CCMR1 &= ~(TIM_CCMR1_CC1S); // Clear CC1S bits TIM1->CCMR1 |= TIM_CCMR1_CC1S_0; // Set CC1 as input, IC1 mapped on TI1 TIM1->CCER |= TIM_CCER

I am using the LoRa Development board B-L072Z-LRWAN1 and it has got  STM32L072CZ microcontroller .I want to write the Firmware Update over the Air (FUOTA) Application code to this board. Please share me the reference code links for the Bootloader code or send me the FUOTA application code for this if already availableThanks

Dears,I'm using STM32MP151 and have a uncertain quesion. In my cases, Both A7 and M4 need to access the register ETH_MACSTSR and ETH_MACSTNR to get time stamp. It's required to enable the ethernet clock on both side before accessing these registers, i.e. the bit7 in RCC_MP_AHB6ENCLRR and RCC_MC_AHB6ENCLRR.It seems workable now. But I'm not sure whether it have any potential problem. If this method is not practical, do you have any suggestions? ThanksRegards,
