I want to build a system based on the STM32H735ZGT6. The data sheet (page 115) refers to application note AN5419 "Getting started with STM32H723/733, STM32H725/735 and STM32H730 Value Line hardware development". However, I cannot find it.

Hi,I am trying to use DMA to realize uncertain length uart message receiving on STM32H745i-DISCO board (on core CM7). My idea is to used IDLE interrupt and then disable the DMA_stream, get the NDTR register and abort the transfer to trigger the DMA TC interrrupt to get the data. I send a string at once, but looks like everytime the IDLE interrupt triggered after receive the first byte. And the the UART_DMAReceiveCplt() function never get chance to be called. Can anyone help me with that? Thanks!

Is the ETH IP in these new MCUs same as in H753/743, or changed? In the errata for H73x/72x, list of ETH related items is quite long - is it because of difference in the IP, or better testing?-- pa

I have linux server WITHOUT GUIs. How can I install CubeAI-CLI on that. The idea is to generate files form Keras model with a python script.

Temperature absolute accuracy. This parameter was not found in the datasheet.Of the 15 sensors tested, the temperature difference was 5 degrees. What temperature absolute accuracy should be?

How understand if my board can deal with my motor ?I am using a BL motor model : 86BLF03 48V DC , and I am trying to control it with X-NUCLEO IHM08M1 AND NUCLEO F303RE.

Hi,STM32F103CBT6 controller is used as "ST_link controller" in NUCLEO-F746ZG Nucleo board.I'm looking for NUCLEO-F746ZG board's ST-link USB bootloader and programming file (.out file) for STM32F103CBT6 controller. Can someone send me link/path for ST-link's (STM32F103CBT6 controller) USB bootloader and programming file (.out file)I'm making ST-link board design using STM32F103CBT6 controller. So, I'm looking for above mentioned file

Hi, everyone,I have been struggling with an issue for sometime. Upon reception, occasionally, a Byte is received with an error in which the most significant bit is received as a '1'. For example, if 0x55 (0101 0101) is sent, 0xD5 (1101 0101) is received (not always, though). THe UART's configuration is as follows:static void MX_USART2_UART_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN USART2_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END USART2_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE BEGIN USART2_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END USART2_Init 1 */ huart2.Instance = USART2; huart2.Init.BaudRate = 115200; huart2.Init.WordLength = UART_WORDLENGTH_8B; huart2.Init.StopBits = UART_STOPBITS_2; huart2.Init.Parity = UART_PARITY_NONE; huart2.Init.Mode = UART_MODE_TX_RX; huart2.Init.HwFlowCtl = UART_HWCONTROL_RTS_CTS; huart2.Init.OverSampling = UART_OVERSAMPLING_16; huart2.Init.OneBitSampling = UART_ONE_BIT_SAMPLE_DISABLE; huart2.Init.ClockPrescaler = UART_PRESCALER_DIV1; huart2.AdvancedInit.AdvFeatureInit = UAR

I am developing the firmware to control the L6470 IC.On my board the L6470 uses an internal clock. The main factor in motor control is tick. There is no information on tick setting in the L6470 data sheet, all calculations are based on 250ns.When using the internal clock, is the tick 250ns?How do I calculate when using an external clock?

I'm not having any time critical routines so I'm hoping of using all of the MCU's 1MB of RAM for data. As I understand from the RM, RAM is organized in a several banks. Can it be used as a continuous chunk of 1MB for data?

I am looking at using the L6474 to drive a stepper motor. I have a question about the absolute position register (ABS_POS).It says it is the current motor absolute position, but I want to clarify that it really is just a counter for the number of steps that have been commanded? It initializes to 0 at power up, so it has no history, so it is really an incremental counter not an absolute. It also says it is the motor position, but it just keeps track of how many steps have been commanded, correct? There is no feedback from the motor to say if it has really taken the step or not, or if the motor was turned by something other than the motor driver, it wouldn't know, so the "motor absolute position" would be incorrect. Is that true?

We have devices marked 8198 and 7298, we are thinking these may be date codes and no the component part number code.

I have installed Java:Successfully installed STM32CubeProgrammer:If i launch in finder CubeProgrammer quitsIf i launch in terminal java quitsI currently have STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeMX, STM32CubeMonitor and STM32CubeMonitorRF all installed and working correctly.Does anybody have any suggestions for a solution? I know this issue has been reported by a number of other community members using older software versions.

Dear st team,What are the major changes in STM32F767BIT6 and STM32F777BIT6?is STM32F767BIT6 code works in STM32F777BIT6?

can anyone can help you in this regard?

During testing an SPI DAC (TI DAC8563) on an STM32F446RE (where it works) and on an STM32F767ZI (where output is always 0V), I noticed a different SPI clock waveform. In F4 you have three "8 pulses" signals from CLK (the message from MOSI is 24 bit), while in F7 you can read a single 24-pulse signal on CLK. The two programs are quite the same (generated by CubeIDE), so I suspect that the DAC8533 doesn't recognize the different words. The duration of signals are quite the same for the two MCU (10-15us)This is the F4:This is the F7:Then I modified the F7 config to have the same SYNC Low timing (40us) but nothing changed.Any idea? Thanks very much,Mario

Hello,I am running new windows 10 fresh install on my laptop, having issue installing BOTH CubeMX AND Cubeprog, either one of them does not launch or install or the other one does not install or launch. If I go with java OpenJDK 8, the Cubeprog works and installs, but the Cubemx refuses to launch or install. If I remove JDK or let it be and also  install the java from this link/post, then Cubeprog does not launch or install. https://community.st.com/s/question/0D53W00000G1xFLSAZ/installation-issueWhat gives?

Trying to run some test code on the M4 core of a custom stm32mp151a board and can't seem to get far. I have been successful in getting u-boot working on the A core, so the majority of the board has been proven functional.I will attach my make file as well as a simple project that fails. The board is configured to boot in engineering mode.gdb indicates the crash is in memset from _start. I double checked it was pulling in the right version of thumb code for the library, and the .map file says it is.I used the bss loop to write a known value and then verified the startup code was clearing the bss section. The crash appears to happen after that is complete.I've also tried skipping the c _start function and calling __libc_init_array directly and it crashes in there. Skipping the _start altogether on the simple project runs without incident. The indication from gdb at crash with the backtrace is...Loading section .text, size 0x3f4 lma 0x10000000 Loading section .rodata, size 0x4 lma 0x100003

Dear ST Hello, could you tell me please the real clock value set in this example,\STM32Cube\Repository\STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.25.1\Projects\STM32F429I-Discovery\Examples\SPI\SPI_FullDuplex_ComDMAThe clock frequency between master and slave must be equal, does the frequency communication is imposed by the master since they have to be the same?Thank you in advance,S.Tarik,

Hello, want to make a full analog synthesizer with just a screen for monitoring. We would therefore need a lot of ADC and GPIO pins to know the potentiometer value. We have seen STM boards with integrated LCDs, it would help us enormously but I cannot find the pins which are free to retrieve the information from the synthesizer.

I am using STM32H743ZI2. I am confused timer internal clock. In F4, I can easily find which clock to control which timer, in h7 series manual, I can't find it easily. anybody knows that?

I'm looking for CAD symbols and footprint for STM32MP15x in LFBGA-354 package. Could you guys help me on this? Thank you.

Hello, Can you please suggest a drop-in replacement for the part: PSD4256G6V-10UI This seems to be a obsolete part.Thank you very much, Bijith
