Solved

we recently bought a M24LR-DISCOVERY evaluation kit.I can able to write and read using ST25 app.For our application we have to develop our our own app. For that i need NFC read & write command code format from ST25 app to M24LR-DISCOVERY.When i try to write "hi" to M24LR04E using ISO15693 & NDEF message i get E1 40 40 01 03 00 D1 01 05 54 02 65 6E 68 69 FE - so what is the meaning of all these bytes?I just want to write M24LR04E tag & read from M24LR04E tag via NFC. Anybody please help me this command code format. Plz reply me as soon as possible.

I'm confused regarding the importance of Quad-SPI for Ethernet communication. I see that pins PH2/PH3 were configured for QSPI without it being activated for either core. I tested leaving these pins in GPIO_Analog mode and still detected UDP broadcasts from the example code. Are these Quad-SPI pin configurations optional? How to create project for STM32H7 with Ethernet and LwIP stack working

Is there any information available on recommended loop filter values for 50kHz and 25kHz PLL reference frequencies?  We have info for 100 and 125kHz (see attached). Barring that, the phase detector + charge pump as a unit (V/ radians) would be helpful.

In the schematic for EVAL Kit why we have used Inductors and why we have given Buffer positive supply, { internally regulated } to RF Output of both Internal Amplified and also for Low power Amplifier. PFA image attached.Secondly why they have used the 82pF capacitor before inputting every IC?

I am trying to enable some GPIO as external interrupts and have run the GPIO example where the user button is set as an interrupt. Is there any resources that show what GPIO can be used as external interrupts? For example, I would like to set one of the Arduino GPIO as an external interrupt pin if possible.

Hi, I'm working on a project in c++ and every time the IDE generates main.c instead of updating my main.cpp file. The project is set to C++, but still it generates main.c. That's very annoying. Can i fix this?

Hello!I am connecting my nucleo to my computer through the user usb. I have set FDMOD and received the USBRST message and initialized the endpoint, but after i receive ENUMDNE I never receive the RXFLVL interrupt. Here is the output of dmesg on my computer:[ 6544.461644] usb 1-10: new full-speed USB device number 56 using xhci_hcd [ 6544.589741] usb 1-10: device descriptor read/64, error -71 [ 6544.829707] usb 1-10: device descriptor read/64, error -71 [ 6545.065646] usb 1-10: new full-speed USB device number 57 using xhci_hcd [ 6545.197659] usb 1-10: device descriptor read/64, error -71 [ 6545.433727] usb 1-10: device descriptor read/64, error -71 [ 6545.541712] usb usb1-port10: attempt power cycle [ 6546.197666] usb 1-10: new full-speed USB device number 58 using xhci_hcd [ 6546.197770] usb 1-10: Device not responding to setup address. My application only needs to send data once every few minutes during which time i can save power by turning off the radio. I don't see any examples that do it, they don't even have a deinit function.

UM2133 says the default value of histogram_ranging_gain_factor should be 0.971. When I get the data for VL53L1_gain_calibration_data_t->histogram_ranging_gain_factor, I get an integer "1987". The data type listed in the typedef in vl53l1_ll_def.h is uint16_t. Is this some fixed point encoding? I don't see any comments in the code giving clues. All I have is the user manual (UM2133). I haven't found a full API documentation of all the functions and their outputs and data types. Does this documentation exist somewhere?

When trying to read/write to the connected eMMC device, the eMMC driver will sometimes fail with an error. After failing in this way, every call to HAL_MMC_ReadBlocks or HAL_MMC_WriteBlocks will fail until the microcontroller is restarted. If the first call in a series of reads succeeds, all following calls will complete without issue *UNLESS* the following calls are to a non-sequential part in eMMC memory, in which case they might fail.A partial work-around I’ve found is to put HAL_Delay calls before each call to the eMMC memory, but this does not always work. Similarly, running in debug mode and walking slowly through the process will always work. And then following calls at high-speed run without issue. The HAL_MMC_GetCardState function always returns a 4 - HAL_MMC_CARD_TRANSFER. If I try to wait for the cardstate to become HAL_MMC_CARD_READY before making a call, it will stall indefinitely. My hypothesis is that the stm32l5xx_hal_mmc driver is not correctly

Hello again dark electronics wizards.I've been looking for some documentation about how to use an external flash memory with my stm32 designs. Is there any magic way to do this? Or could anyome point me to the right way?My goal is to add a qspi controlled flash chip instead of a sd card for my mass storage usb thing. Many thanks in advanceCheers

I Use STM32CubeExpansion_NFC6_V1.1.0 for emulate card with NUCLEO-L053R8 and X-NUCLEO-NFC06A1.I Try NDEF URI card emulation with sucess.I don't find a example code for NDEF Text emulation card. Does anyone have a example code for NDEF Text Emulation card ?Best Regards.Mickaël

We have a custom board based on the stm32mp151 that shall boot from emmc. I can flash alright, but when I switch the boot pins, the boot device remains on usb. I can see from arch/arm/mach-stm32mp/cpu.c, that boot_device is set to usb, here is the debug line:setup_boot_mode: boot_ctx=0x2203 => boot_mode=22, instance=1 forced=3when I break into u-boot, and manually set boot_device to mmc, it works. Also, it does not seem to pick up the default environment:CPU: STM32MP151CAC Rev.Z Model: STMicroelectronics custom STM32CubeMX board Board: stm32mp1 in trusted mode (st,stm32mp151c-0068-new-linux-mx) DRAM: 128 MiB Clocks: - MPU : 650 MHz - MCU : 208 MHz - AXI : 266.500 MHz - PER : 24 MHz - DDR : 533 MHz STM32Programmer key pressed, entering download mode... Hi, I included the VL53L0X API from ST in a STM32G4 STM32CubeMX project. Now I need a example of how to use the API to init the VL53L0X and do a simple range measurement. I'm using the Arduino VL53L0X module.

Is it possible to receive a GPO pulse when an NDEF message is being read by an NFC reader, such as a smartphone? I thought it was possible by configuring the GPO field to RF busy (0x6X) and connecting the GPO port to a GPIO port of my MCU. However, the GPO does not change its output when the NFC reader is reading the tag. Am I right? If so, what may I doing wrong? Thanks for the help!

Hi,I have been reading through documentation for the ST UART bootloader on the STM32F091cc chip. I want to use UART2 as my UART for both standard serial communication and FW updates.UART2 can use pins (PA2,PA3) or (PA14, PA15). I would like to be able to use PA2 and PA3 because PA14 overlaps the SYS_SWCLK and I would like to be able to use SWD and UART at the same time.I have successfully talked to the bootloader over PA14 and PA15, and there is a discrepancy in documentation that is making me hesitant to move to PA2and PA3. PCB is not easy to hack up or else I'd jump some pins and try. This is from the AN2606 Application note and mentions both pin sets for the STM32F09xxx device bootloader. This is from the STM32F091xC  data sheet. It only mentions PA14/PA15.Does anyone have any idea which one is correct? Could you use both pin sets for UART2 to talk to the bootloader? Or only the PA14,PA15 set?Thank you for your help.

Is it possible to create an UI template just like examples of TouchGFX Designer?

Hello,I'm working on a NUCLEO-G474RE board (using the LL libraries available on ST site), and I came across an issue, the USART3 available on the PB10 and PB11 is not working. I tried to generate the same code from the CUBEMX as well but unfortunately, no successful outcome so far. In the "User Manual" of this Nucleo board, nothing is specifically mentioned (Jumper settings) regarding the USART3 settings. On the other side, the same USART3 available on PC10, PC11 is working fine and well. As my costume-made boards are already in the fabrication process, could someone please tell me if this issue is related to the Nucleo board or the STM32G4xx series controller?I'm attaching a code snippet and Nucleo/ Datasheet referential image.@Community member @Imen DAHMEN @Community member  /* ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Includes * ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- */   #

Will all or any battery charger ICs such as L6924U operate properly with rectified AC input? The rough circuit below is of a bicycle dynamo that delivers 300mA-500mA of varying AC frequency and current ripple will this prevent the charger controller from working properly? https://photos.app.goo.gl/7W1iKxkfDLhZqULw6

Hello.I have a STM32 Nucleo board and a USB dongle. What Stack and FW should be programmed to use STM32CubeMonitor-RF 802.15.4 RF test mode described in chapter 5 of the UM2288?Thanks.

Hi, my problem is that when I use the dynamic graph, when it ends on the X axis, but unfortunately the X value increases How can I solve this problem and start the X axis again from scratch?
