Hi all!I'm handling project which use communicate RMII TCP/IP. if i set up CPU clock is 200Mhz as picture 1, the system run OK, i can ping network but my system require CPU clock is 400Mhz. if i set up CPU clock is 400Mhz, the connection between board and serve was intermitten. can you help to take alook and share me solution to set CPU clock 400Mhz and can run RMII.

According to Datasheet, I2C of STM32F413VGT can be increased to 1 MHz, is it possible?

Please note that the forum is English-speaking, which is why I have machine-translated your question into English: Hello. I am an individual developer. I recently purchased the steval-ctm051 board and would like to study SRM. I was told that the source code can be provided, so I would appreciate it if you could let me know how I can obtain the source code.

Hello everyone, I am new to STM32 and recently purchased the STM32 NUCLEO‑F446RE development board to start learning microcontrollers. While studying the clock configuration, I saw the option to use HSE (High Speed External oscillator). Since I am a beginner, I searched about it and found suggestions saying that I may need to add an external crystal and capacitors and solder them onto the Nucleo board. However, I am not sure whether this is actually required for this board. I also read that the Nucleo board might provide an 8 MHz clock from the onboard ST-LINK via MCO, which can be used as the HSE source. So I would like to clarify: Do I need to add an external crystal oscillator to use HSE on this board? If yes, what crystal frequency and capacitor values are recommended? Can anyone suggest reliable components or purchase links for the required oscillator? I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

When I calling NVIC_SystemReset() in the os task, the system will enter into hard fault handler error, so I have to call NVIC_SystemReset() again in the HardFault_Handler() to reset the system, so what is the proper way to call NVIC_SystemReset() in the os task?

Upgraded STM32CubeIDE to 2.0.0 and struggling with issues!Installed CubeMX as a standalone program too. Now I'm confused how to create a STM32 project and as usual select C++ as the target language. 1- Should I start from the IDE? There'll be no .ioc file then!2- Should I start from CudeMX? There'll be no option to select C++ as the target language! How to fix it?My purpose is to keep main.c, create .hpp, .cpp files and include the header in main.c to be able to call the functions defined in the .cpp file.

The STRD/LDRD instructions store and load a 64-bit value. Internally, they are broken up into 2x 32-bit accesses.Since the element size is a word and not a double-word, they are not atomic in the same way that a uint32_t is atomic. Questions are:Is this instruction interruptible between the first and second 32-bit accesses?If the instruction does get interrupted, does it restart or resume? If it restarts, it will re-write the first word, for a total of 3x 32-bit accesses. If it resumes, it will only write the last word.The ARM reference manual has this to say on the subject:https://developer.arm.com/documentation/ddi0403/latestTo me, it seems they are restarted based on this text, but the two "might" words here leave ambiguity. But let's not rely on manuals or what people say on the internet. What actually happens in the hardware?

I am wishing to write two floating point values to flash memory at time.  I understand it is best to write 64 bits at a time, hence my writing two floats at once. This question is about using a union to structure the data. This code won't compile for the STM32L412KB.  Could someone please show me where I am going wrong? error on line 17.  Thanks.struct dual { float v1; float v2; }; struct dual two_readings = {1.23, 4.56}; union gemini { struct dual left; uint64_t right; }; union gemini value; value.right=0;

Hello everyone,I’m working with the STM32N6570-DK and trying to bring up a TouchGFX project by following the official STM tutorial:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFljjd_vQGAI generated the project with TouchGFX Designer and programmed the board using STM32CubeProgrammer exactly as shown in this one:FSBL flashed at address: 0x7000 0000Application flashed at address: 0x7010 0000The flashing process completes without any errors.However, when the board boots, the GUI is completely corrupted. The display only shows colored noise/static like in the video I attached.It seems like framebuffer data, LTDC configuration, cache handling, or memory mapping might be wrong… but everything was generated by TouchGFX. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Hi everyone,i am using the stm32g0b1cet6 controller. in which I am working with flash memory. I am using the FLASH_WaitForLastOperation function. In that function, one flash SR register's CFGBSY bit is not reset, and due to that all other flash write and erase processes it not working. this issue is coming randomly. before calling FLASH_WaitForLastOperation function I am clearing error flags as shown below __HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_OPTVERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_OPERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_PROGERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_WRPERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_PGAERR); __HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_SIZERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_PGSERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_MISERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_FASTERR);__HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(FLASH_FLAG_RDERR); can someone please provide some input ASAP.

Hello everyone,im trying to send a simple "Hello World" via UART to my Laptop and read in the PuTTY Terminal on my on NUCLEO-H7S3L8 Board, But i tried everything, i cant revieve anything!!! Tried every UART/USART Port in the CubeMX. Nothing on my other NUCLEO-F303RE worked it instantly. These are settings in the CubeMX. i Used USART3 and selected Pins PD8 and PD9. i connected the Board to my Laptop. Set the Baud Rate to 115200 and also looked up the correct COM Port. Here is the test code and see Screenshots below. Maybe something in the CubeProgrammer??? UART_HandleTypeDef huart3; /* USER CODE BEGIN PV */uint8_t tx_buffer[] = "Hello World!\r\n"; ... while (1){/* USER CODE END WHILE */HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart3, tx_buffer, sizeof(tx_buffer), 100);HAL_Delay(100); /* USER CODE BEGIN 3 */}/* USER CODE END 3 */}

Hello everyone,I have a custom board based on STM32MP157A (rev. I can use a motor profiler with a custom board, but can I use a motor pilot with the same software? Is it possible to use a motor pilot with a custom board?

STM32MP151 is a PTP slave clock, and the master clock is correctly determined and configured. In the same network, multicast, E2E, and one-step configuration modes are used. Run ptp4l，Output prompt: "Received SYNC without timestamp". the actual SYNC message of the main clock has a hardware timestamp.Other relevant information can be found in the info1. log file.STM32MP151 is the PTP slave clock IP: 192.168.1.251, the PTP master clock IP: 192.168.1.3, Captured data packet shows that the master clock has a timestamp, and the slave clock DELAY_REQ  has no timestamp.翻译搜索复制

I hope to achieve the scrolling effect like the file browser of Windows. I attached a demo video.

Hello, I'm currently designing a BDC-motor controller with the STSPIN840 and was wondering how low I can go with the current sensing resistors to minimize the losses across those resistors. Especially at higher currents in parallel mode the resistor losses would become quite large when staying in the region the eval-board is dimensioned. Is there a minimum sense voltage that I should stay above or is it going to be stable no matter how low I push it (assuming the reference voltage is reasonably stable)?Can I use like 50mOhms there? That would result in a reference voltage of 0.15V when using the 3A limit, so I could probably get away with a single 0.5W sense-resistor.

I purchased the EVALSTGAP2HS board for evaluating STGAP2HS gate drives. I'm disappointed in the available documentation for this board, but finally I deduced that the only correct way toconnect devices is as shown in the figure I'm a bit puzzled by the location for the designators, and what appears to represent the courtyard for the MOSFETs... For quick and dirty evaluation, is this how you would place the leads ?  Thanks :)

I'd like to move from mickledore to the current ST offering on scarthgap.  We are using the STM32MP157D.We require a web browser, and WebKit worked well for us on mickledore using QT5.Since QT has been spun out to a plug-in and it is unclear how well-supported it is (ST's documentation seems lagging), I decided to go with Weston/Wayland and use a simple GTK/GDK app.Westion is working - the GPU `/usr/local/demo/bin/weston-st-egl-cube-tex` runs nicely.  Simple apps using GDK are also working.Sadly, though, the app embedding a WebKit view has a hard-to-describe random flickering issue.  It renders the page but then randomly overlays a white screen that occasionally flashes on and off. Anyone able to offer some experience:- Has anyone got a lightweight browser working on the STM32MP1 using the GPU and the recent ST scarthgap releases?- Or got QT6 working on STM32MP1.  Did you use the ST's "QT plug-in"?- Any advice for configuring webkitgtk3 (found in meta-oe)?&nbsp

Hi all,this issue is related to: https://community.st.com/t5/stm32cubemx-mcus/cmake-project-generation-with-cubemx-cubeai-fail/m-p/770680/highlight/true#M31054. , where it was solved by updating from STM32CubeMX V6.12.0 to STM32CubeMX V6.13.0. However, I have STM32CubeMX V6.16.1, so the error might have reappeared.Background: I try two write code for an STM32N6 and use a CMake project for this. For the setup, I used the following tutorial: https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus/how-to-debug-the-stm32n6-using-vs-code/ta-p/833499 and I can compile + flash the code and get a blinking LED, so the CMake project itself is working correctly.However, when I export a neural network to the Application using CubeAI, CubeMX generates wrong relative paths in Appli/mx-generate.cmake. More specifically, all paths related to CubeAI have one "../" more than needed. Example: ----------------set(ST_Src${CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR}/../../Middlewares/ST/AI/Npu/ll_aton/ll_at

Using various STM32 MCUs, I have a intermittent bug occuring in malloc() where it returns a nonsensical address for no apparent reason.After hours of digging I managed to find some some source code for newlib from https://sourceware.org/newlib/for newlib-4.5.0.20241231 which at least let me step into the internals of malloc to try and find the problem but as thats a slightly different release to the one used by STM32CubeIDE the bug mutated to something less frequent.My main problem currently is trying to find an issue list \ bug tracker for newlib, so I can see what issues others are having with it. Usually I end up on a site like github and their issue tracker, which is great, but for newlib there seems to be a myraid of git repos and sourceware.org with primitive mailing lists, some being long in the tooth.It would also have helped if ST Micro indicated exactly which version of newlib they embed into STM32CubeIDE (and\or provided the source code for it too).  &nbs

I have a project that uses different MCUs. 99.99% of the code is common for all, so I have different .project, .cproject and .ioc files for each, and use CubeMx to handle the hardware initialization.Currently, it requires manual building: Close the project, copy and replace the files, open the project, trigger code generation and compile.Now I'm trying to automate that.Replacing these files in a script and calling the compiler (headless build) is the easy part.This compiles correctly when the code was already generated with CubeMX.org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.headlessbuild -import C:\projects\my_project -build my_project/ReleaseHowever, I was unable to automate CubeMX generationI tried using CubeMx from CubeIDE, and also standalone version, with the same results:C:\Program Files\STMicroelectronics\STM32Cube\STM32CubeMX\STM32CubeMX.exe C:\ST\STM32CubeIDE_1.7.0\STM32CubeIDE\plugins\com.st.stm32cube.common.mx_6.3.0.202107141111\STM32CubeMX.jarIf I only run this, it load the config
