Hi,I am intending to make a Training about Autosar and wanna know what are the best options (combination of Tools/SW/Boards) that I can use and are there any pre-prepared demos?Thanks,Ayoub

I have trouble with sporadic Hardfaults and I tracked it down to some unaligned access in the USB routines. Although the code uses the macro __UNALIGNED_UINT32_READ, the STM32 will still causes the Hardfault for unaligned addresses. So I looked at the disassembly and found that __UNALIGNED_UINT32_READ is translated into a simple "ldr.w" which, of course, traps on unaligned addresses.Looks to me like __UNALIGNED_UINT32_READ does not work. I worked around by disabling the Unaligneded trapping, but any idea why __UNALIGNED_UINT32_READ does not work?

Hi All,I am using stm8s001j3 controller, PA1 and PA3 are using as a UART communication by using Remapping. i am able to send the data but unable to receive data. UART configuration is   GPIO_DeInit(GPIOD);GPIO_Init(GPIOD, GPIO_PIN_6, GPIO_MODE_IN_PU_NO_IT);  GPIO_Init(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_3,      GPIO_MODE_OUT_OD_HIZ_FAST); UART1_Init((uint32_t)9600, UART1_WORDLENGTH_8D,UART1_STOPBITS_1, UART1_PARITY_NO,          UART1_SYNCMODE_CLOCK_DISABLE, UART1_MODE_TXRX_ENABLE); /* Enable the UART Receive interrupt: this interrupt is generated when the UART  receive data register is not empty */ UART1->BRR1 = 0x68;  UART1->CR2 = 0x2C; /* Enable UART */ UART1_Cmd(ENABLE);enableInterrupts();INTERRUPT_HANDLER(UART1_RX_IRQHandler, 18){ /* In order to detect unexpected events during development,   it is recommended to set a breakpoint

Hi There,I am currently working on ADC and Timer. I have 3 channels of ADC and using DMA. I want to trigger ADC at Timer1's update event. Also, I've set Timer's parameters to center aligned pwm, repetition counter to 1(with this I will trigger ADC at every overflow). For test, I've configured PF6 pin to output mode and PA8 pin to PWM mode with 50% duty cycle. Every DMA interrupt I am toggling the pin. I was accepted to see at every period PF6 pin is toggled. But, PF6 is toggling at every second period. What am i missing?  Evaluation Board: STSPIN3201PWM period: 20kHzADC and TIM1 Configurationstatic void MX_ADC_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END ADC_Init 0 */   ADC_ChannelConfTypeDef sConfig = {0};   /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END ADC_Init 1 */   /** Configure the global features of the ADC (Clock, Resolution, Data Alignment and number of conversion) */ hadc.Instance = ADC1; hadc.Init.ClockP

Hello guys,Please find the question which I asked in stack overflowhttps://stackoverflow.com/questions/74422745/i-cannot-see-the-initialized-variable-value-in-the-flash-when-using-stm32

Hi everyone,TouchGFX Version: 4.19.0STM32CubeIDE Version : 1.9.0Card : STM32F429I-DISC1OS: Windows 10HAL: STM32F4 1.25.0I have created a TouchGFX project, rename in all ioc , touchgfx and project file the project name give by touchgfx.I have keep the HAL use by touchGFX 1.25.0When i compile first in CUBE IDE it's compile and run well on card, but when i regenerate code with the ioc in CUBE IDE i get a lot of compile error.I would like to be able to update the .ioc for a custom card that will have an Ethernet and many other features.What i have done wrong ?Thanks in advance.arm-none-eabi-gcc "../Middlewares/Third_Party/FreeRTOS/Source/queue.c" -mcpu=cortex-m4 -std=gnu11 -g3 -DUSE_HAL_DRIVER -DDEBUG -DSTM32F429xx -c -I../../Core/Inc -I../../Drivers/CMSIS/Include -I../../Drivers/BSP -I../../TouchGFX/target -I../../Drivers/CMSIS/Device/ST/STM32F4xx/Include -I../../TouchGFX/App -I../../Middlewares/Third_Party/FreeRTOS/Source/CMSIS_RTOS_V2 -I../../TouchGFX/target/generated -I../../Middleware

Hi, I have tested my 4.3" TFT-LCD by write the whole screen with one color blue or orange freshing with about 34hz, but it blinks.the test code run in main function:  int ii=0;  int cl =0x0;//color  while(1)  {   if(ii==0) {  ii =1; cl =0xFF00; }else { ii =0; cl =0x00FF; }  LTDC_Clear(cl);//change the sceens color. HAL_Delay(30);  }the clock of tftlcd is 10Mhz, and its resolution is 480*272, LTDC_Clear() runs DMA2D to freshing data like this: CS_UINT32 timeout = 0; DMA2D->CR = DMA2D_R2M;  // dma2d mode: register to memory.  DMA2D->OPFCCR = DMA2D_OUTPUT_RGB565;  DMA2D->OCOLR = color;  DMA2D->OMAR = (CS_UINT32)addr;  DMA2D->OOR = offsetLine;  //offset  DMA2D->NLR = (CS_UINT32)(xSize << 16) | (uint16_t)ySize;     DMA2D->CR |= DMA2D_CR_START;  while (DMA2D->CR & DMA2D_CR_START)

I'm using the LTDC peripheral to interface with a TFT LCD. It works great. Now I'm interested in rotating/orienting the display by 90 degrees. I have a couple approaches in mind - Doing some pointer gymnastics into the frame buffer that basically writes the pixel information into precise addresses that results in a "rotated" image. Somehow tell the TFT LCD panel to start writing the pixel information from the bottom to the top of the display. Instead of the default top to bottom.I'm open to other approaches or maybe I'm missing an obvious way to do this. Maybe leveraging the 2 layers that the LTDC makes available? Somehow have one dedicated for landscape the other for portrait mode? I am not using the touchgfx library since I'm only interested in displaying still images and it looked to be more helpful for applications with UI's.I'm researching the 2nd approach. Page 15 of the ILI6480BQ data sheet states that there is a register R1 in the TFT LCD driver that controls the scan direction

When STM32WB is used as slave device, how to actively disconnect Bluetooth connection of mobile phone?

Hello,I was creating a new project for STM32WL in STM32CubeMX today, and I wanted to use the "register callbacks" functionality for a timer peripheral. So I have enabled the callback feature and generated the project. When I opened it the symbols for callbacks were not defined. I started digging around and found out that the symbol **USE_HAL_TIM_REGISTER_CALLBACKS** was set to value **1** in the *stm32wlxx_hal_conf.h*. But this header is not included in the *stm32wlxx_hal_tim.h* so callbacks enumeration is not created. The *stm32wlxx_hal_tim.c* is including the *stm32wlxx_hal.h* so the register/unregister functions are created correctly.Am I missing something? How the HAL driver can work if the structure defined in the header file does not contain callbacks definitions?Sorry if someone already asked, but I couldn't find any topic that addresses this.Best regards,Tomas.

Hi everyone,I can not get SPI using the DMA to work. The MOSI line stays zero all the time. The result is the same using my own and also the example code provided with the firmware package for the MCU (STM32CubeL5\Projects\NUCLEO-L552ZE-Q\Examples\SPI\SPI_FullDuplex_ComDMA_Master).On the other hand, if I use a busy transfer (HAL_SPI_Transmit(&hspi1, aTxBuffer, BUFFERSIZE, 100);) the MOSI line outputs data as expected, which makes me believe that on the SPI, GPIO side things are working fine.I guess there must be some configuration that I am overlooking. Still, it surprises me that the example is not working.Any ideas?

I am having trouble getting the TIM1 timer on the STM32F413VG chip to output PWM to pin PE9. My configuration and code in STM32CubeIDE can be seen in the attached images. Have I done something wrong? Every example I have found out there skips TIM1 and goes straight to TIM2, could it be that TIM1 does not support PWM generation, even though it is an option in CubeIDE?
