Hello,I am using nucleo F767zi to run LwIP_HTTP_Server_Netconn_RTOS.According to the MX configurator and according to DocID029041 Rev 6 (SM32F767xx Electrical characteristics) page 143 Fpll_should be [0,95-2,1Mhz].The mentioned example generates (IMHO) .32 Mhz well outside the forementioned interval.Details:/* Enable HSE Oscillator and activate PLL with HSE as source */ RCC_OscInitStruct.OscillatorType = RCC_OSCILLATORTYPE_HSE; RCC_OscInitStruct.HSEState = RCC_HSE_ON; RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL.PLLState = RCC_PLL_ON; RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL.PLLSource = RCC_PLLSOURCE_HSE; RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL.PLLM = 25; RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL.PLLN = 400; RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL.PLLP = RCC_PLLP_DIV2; RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL.PLLQ = 9; RCC_OscInitStruct.PLL.PLLR = 7;   // so => Fpllin = 8 Mhz / M = 8 Mhz / 25 = 0,32MX configurator comes to the same conclusion:It is a bit strange that an ST example designed (?) for the 767zi board does not comply with the specs?In the same line the example specifies:

Hello,I was trying to setup a prototyping project using the NUCLEO-L031K6 examples. But the current CubeMX version 6.7.0 does not seem so know about this dev board at all.Is this a bug or is this nucleo board not fully supported by CubeMX?

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to connect a APS51208N PSRAM to a STM32U575ZIT6 using the OCTOSPI interface. I followed the steps for the first example in application note AN5050 (chapter 5.2.5, number 1). However when I step through the program, it goes into hard fault the second it has to read from the OCTOSPI2 memory bank at 0x70000000 (tried the OCTOSPI1 bank at 0x90000000 too, same result). The debugger shows an error when trying to access this memory too.Additionally, there is a sporadic error when stepping over the EnableMemoryMapped function too, which says "Target is not responding, retrying..." and the debugger becomes non-reponsive. To be more precise, this is the line where the problem occurs (in HAL_OSPI_MemoryMapped):MODIFY_REG(hospi->Instance->CR, (OCTOSPI_CR_TCEN | OCTOSPI_CR_FMODE),                (cfg->TimeOutActivation | OSPI_FUNCTIONAL_MODE_MEMORY_MAPPED));I have tested the

I have setup STM32F429i Disco With 7" TFT 800x480 LCD (RGB) and 18 Bit Interface but I am getting very low frame rates as shown in video

Hi, I work for a CEM in the UK and we've run into a problem when reflowing an STM32H757XIH6 BGA onto a PCBA. Under optical microscope inspection we're seeing that the center of the component is further away from the PCB surface than the corners. The component is bowing in the middle, with the solder balls more visible in the centre than at the corners, I've attached the below picture to show what we're seeing. To give greater context, we're currently using an Essemtec RO300 reflow oven (3-zone), we're using Alpha OM353 Type 5 solder paste (SAC305 lead free), the components were placed using a Europlacer iineo pick and place machine, the components were baked prior to reflow as per IPC/JEDEC guidelines for MSL 3 parts. We were able to lessen the degree to which these BGAs were bending by reflowing the PCBAs a second time. While this does help decrease the warping, it also slows our production down by half so is not an ideal solution.Any tips, tricks, advice or pointers would be grea

hello. I've never used STM32 before.I'm trying to use it this time. It requires several pins of GPIO and 3 channels of I2C.I searched and the STM32F301 seemed suitable, so I designed a circuit using it.I tried setting the PIN using a setting tool called CUBEMX, but there seems to be something wrong. If I set up I2C3 of STM32F301 using cubemx, exclamation marks appear on all I2C channels.can i know what is the problem?

I have bought stm324x9i-eval in the past.I need a code pack of stm324x9i-eval examples.I'm using Keil uVision5 (MDK-ARM).I really need the stm32f MCU for training, so please help.

I am trying to print data over USART on the stm32g030c8t6. My code is as follows:/* USER CODE BEGIN Header */ /** ****************************************************************************** * @file : main.c * @brief : Main program body ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * Copyright (c) 2023 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved. * * This software is licensed under terms that can be found in the LICENSE file * in the root directory of this software component. * If no LICENSE file comes with this software, it is provided AS-IS. * ****************************************************************************** */ /* USER CODE END Header */ /* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/ #include "main.h"   /* Private includes ----------------------------------------------------------*/ /* USER CODE BEGIN Includes */ #include <stdio.h>   /* USER CODE END Includes

I tried to use another driver, but could only erase and program bank0, not bank1.

Hi, Now we want to use STM32F103 at -55C ambient temperature, MCUdata sheet say that it work at -40C as datasheet, storage temperature is -60C. My question is that,-If MCU is powered up at -55C, what will be different with>=-40C? Such as clock not stable, -Do you have any -55C mcu as STM32F103 function forrecommendation?Best Regards,Kent

Is there an official github page for STM32CubeIDE and/or STM32CubeMX to which we can raise an issue regarding the software as well as provide a fix for it? That way the community can contribute to this software (even though it probably is a closed source software).

I'm currently having problems with the code generated by CubeMx for the RTC on my STM32WL MCU. Indeed, after generating the code and building the project, there are errors in the timer_if.c file. Each time the rtc handler is used, it says that the reference to "h" (which is the name of the handler generated by CubeMx) is unknown. The problem disapears when I rename the handler and call it "hrtc", which is the same name as the rtc handler generated in the main.c file. Does anyone know where the problem comes from?Thank you !ML

Hello,I apologize if this is an obvious question, but I do not want this part to be wrong and would prefer some confirmation.I am preparing a custom board and would like to program it in an identical manner to the evaluation/nucleo boards. To try and achieve this, I would like to use the STLINK-V3SET. To minimize the space on the board, I put a 2.54mm pitch, 6 pin connector on my board that is connected to the SWD pins as shown below. The STLINK-V3SET comes with an adapter board that has the 6-pins configured in the same order as the SWD connector on my application board.  Based on this, I have three questions:1) Based on this setup, will there be any obvious issues programming the board?2) If I want to program the board like I have been in previous projects on the evaluation/nucleo boards (via CubeIDE through the Run button, with the setup below), will it work if I connect to the SWD connector (CN6) on the adapter board?3) Will the STLINK-V3SET power the MCU to program the b

Hello! I'm starting a project with the ST25R3920 and want to use the RFAL library. I downloaded the latest version from from here and during compilation it's asking to define either ST25R3916 _or_ ST25R16B. I guessed and tried st25R3916 (no B) and everything builds properly but it won't detect NFC cards.I have a project using the same chip and the old RFAL library (2.2.0) that works, but after updating to the latest 2.8.0 it seems to have broken things. Is this the correct RFAL library to use with `#define ST25R3916`?Thanks

Hello, I am moving from TI DSPs to STM32 MCUs.I would like know if it is possible to configure SysTick timer to generate an interrupt with a period less than 1 ms, as I usually do on TI DSP projects. My doubt comes from UM2319, par 6.1.2:"SysTick timer is used by default as source of time base, but user can eventually implement his proper time base source (a general purpose timer for example or other time source), keeping in mind that Time base duration should be kept 1ms since PPP_TIMEOUT_VALUEs are defined and handled in milliseconds basis."Thank you,Carlo

Given the surprising combination of these two RMs, I'm quite willing to bet there are more RMs out there with this.Nonfatal, but still.JW

Hi,In the company where I work we are developing hardware and we are already evaluating the LIS3DH in order to put it in our hardware devices. However we have noticed that the LIS3DH is obsolete but there is the LIS3DHTR which is the same product but different packaging. I would like to ask you guys if you know if there are plans to keep selling and producing the LIS3DHTR and if you have a little information about his life cycle. That would be helpful for us to keep considering this product in our devices.Best RegardsVicente

Does anyone have any tips on creating quick bookmarks in the left margin? On other editors I can use Ctrl+F2 to set several bookmarks within same file. Then use F2 within that particular source code file to find the nearest/next. Missing it in STM32CubeIDE.

Hi,Any program on my stm32f439zi board does not start when I supply the voltage from the external power supply at 3.3V, unless I connect the programmator via USB cable to the computer as well. When I disconnect the USB cable the program continues its execution, but everything takes way more time than usually. After reseting the board by pushing black reset button the situation reappears, I need to plug the programmator to the computer once again and then if I unplug it everything slows down, but continues execution. I use high-class laboratory power supply and the current drained by the stm board do not get even close to the limits my power supply can deliver. I plugged the "+" of my supply to the CN11 pin 16 as the documentation suggests and GND to GND as well on CN11. I ensured that SB3 (3.3 V regulator) and SB111 (NRST) are OFF and there are no accidental short circuits. Any advice on how to fix the issue?Regards, Maciej

described in table 8 of BlueNRG-M2 datasheet. But there is no description of what the Mode is.Is it a pin or SW configuration or model type?
