Hello,
I'm designing a PCB using the STM8L152C6T6 communicating with an M24LR04E-RMC6T via the I2C protocol. Currently, I'm struggling to understand the power supply schema. According to the datasheet, VDD1, VDD2, and VDDA pins must be connected to an external power supply (1.8v - 3.6v) and the refs connected to the ground. In the first version of my board, I've seen that some trails were burned, although I properly follow the specifications to set up the power supply and the board manufacturing.
My question is: Am I really doing it in the right way?

Any help will be very valuable.
Thanks in advance.
