Can I connect the I2C, PC0 and PC1 pins , of the STM8L151K4, operating at 3.3V, to a bus with 5V pull-ups without any level adaptation?

Yes, PC0 and PC1 on STM8L151K4 are Five-vole tolerant (FT), which means you can communicate with a device that is powered by 5V, level translators are not required.
