I am trying to connect X-NUCLEO iks01A3 to NUCLEO STM32F411. We can see that X-NUCLEO iks01A3 is compatible with NUCLEO F401RE, NUCLEO L053R8, NUCLEO L152RE or NUCLEO L476RG. I checked up the pinout of NUCLEO STM32F411 and NUCLEO F401RE and have found out that it is the same. Moreover, pins that are responsible for I2C are the same too. I don`t use UNICLEO-GUI to get a data from all the sensors that are placed on X-NUCLEO iks01A3 board, but I want to use only the initialization code generated by CUBE MX and the HAL function
HAL_I2C_IsDeviceReady just to check if any of the sensors is on I2C1. But there is no response from any sensor. My Logic Analyzer shows me that MCU is sending the request for all the addresses from 01 to 127, but there is no response.
The question is: did anyone successfully connected IKS01A3 to F411? Where is my mistake, if the pinouts of NUCLEO STM32F411 and NUCLEO F401RE are the same and I2C1 pins on both boards are the same?
