STM32CubeMonitor-RF v2.8.1 is available

A new version of STM32CubeMonitor-RF has been released to fix some issues related to BLE OTA feature.

The points covered by this release are :

115533 and 117927 : During the OTA update, issue in the ACI_GAP_START_GENERAL_DISCOVERY_PROC command, change address type to public device address
115760: During the OTA update, when Optimize MTU size box is checked, download is stopped after the exchange of MTU size.
Set the OTA block size according to MTU size exchanged to increase speed. (need firmware 1.13.0)
