Target no device found Error in initializing ST-LINK device. Reason: No device found on target.

I made my own PCB, but when I connected 3V3, GND, SWDIO, and SWCLK using the ST-Link V2, the ST-Link is recognized, but my board is unresponsive. Screenshot 2025-07-29 140801.png

Thank you so much, I'll keep on looking to see if I can find the problem :)

Yeah, not really sure why the picture is like that, but in reality, the smaller indicating hole on the top is not visible on the chip, it might have just been dirt. I'll double check the power and wires, and the PCB seems alright?

Hey it worked, I finally figured out the problem, turns out it had nothing to do with my design. I should've used a multimeter a little sooner. SO, I tested the SWDIO and SWCLK lines on the PCB, and found out that continuity failed. BECAUSE I connected jumper wires directly to the board without using any connectors, *my friend had warned me about this :( And now I've added a 4-pin connector and everything started to work!
