Post Build FLASH/Memory checksum stm32cubeIDE

0693W00000NpezSQAR.pngHello, is there a way to calculate and display the flash/memory checksum after build for example in MPLAB X IDE there is a checksum in the dashboard (see the attached picture).

Hello there,

We have a ticket for this but it has a pretty low priority level. If we get time to take a look at this it might be implemented in a future release.

Hello @Markus GIRDLAND​ , please consider to add memory checksum in STM32CubeProgrammer as well, the same feature found in ST-LINK Utility. I believe these are QoL(quality of life) features that makes user programming experience easier on a daily basis.

In my case, I needed programmer checksum for factory production, manufacturer purposes.

Below link I found some customer asked about this feature in STM32CubeProgrammer. I hope you could file/log a ticket for this and implement in a future release. Thank you.

I'm not as involved in STM32CubeProgrammer development as I am in the development of STM32CubeIDE but I can make sure to raise this issue for them as well as I agree with you that it is a requested QoL feature!
