external run tools

Hello,

It would be nice if there was a external tools run field in the IDE just like in atollic - we always used that for flashing .hex files with segger j-flash.

ST-LINK Utility is the tool. Or the bigger, fatter, Java-dependent Cube Programmer.

thanks, I know what kind of tools are available - I just need a button in the IDE to use them :D
